Very hard working staff! Once had a party of 10 followed by a party of +20 right ahead of me and saw everyone zooming around trying their hardest to keep up. I have a hard job but they could probably work circles around me honestly. Food is always consistently great as well. Also Kristen was a great waitress and is an expert with customer service.

I don’t eat sushi but both my girls LOVE it so coming to Hana has always given me limited options… UNTIL I DISCOVERED THE FRIED CHICKEN ROLL!! It’s delicious, 10/10! The gyoza is always great too, that was always my go-to option before. My daughter highly recommends the Naruto Roll.

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to enjoy some hibachi with my family who is new here to town, so I ordered the house hibachi for two with extra sides and dragon rolls which was delicious. However, very disappointed in the hibachi, the lobster and scallops were scorched and had the worst taste I’ve ever tasted which ruined the whole dish. Also, while ordering the meal at the takeout the waitress informed us we can’t have the soup and salad that goes with the meal when you carry out, unless we pay additional $ which doesn’t make sense to me. I like to give people and restaurants the benefit of the doubt but I should have known to walk out when the waitress told us the owner doesn’t care about us and that was in the context of us asking to speak with him when we just wanted our soup and salad with our meal. hopefully our experience here in shreveport is better.

Went by here for food for the first time today; went once before but sat out in the courtyard out back and just had drinks. Food was great! Had pot stickers and edamame for appetizers which were good. chicken teriyaki came out piping hot and was good. Jalapeño roll was amazing! Crab, jalapeño, cream cheese, fried with spicy mayo and another sauce.

The best service and food indeed. The waitress was wonderful. I’m not to experienced on eating sushi so I ordered some that had raw tuna on top of it and she asked me did i like my tray after say i wasnt to good on eating the raw fish she offered to replace my order with another sushi tray. She was an amazing person. The food was great . I will most definitely be going back i loved it

My first time going there. Celebrated my 44th birthday with my family at the hibachi grill. The sushi was delicious. The food was ok. My hubby and 3 kids had fried frice and steak with shrimp and scallops.
