Upon entering the restaurant my wife and I immediately were pleased to see a nice variety of Asian decor throughout the seating area. It took about 5 minutes for us to be seated even though there was nobody in the restaurant which was not a big deal. Our servers name was Steven and he did a good job of balancing between leaving us alone and letting us eat but also checking in on us to make sure we were good. Our appetizer was the shrimp tempura and we felt it was a little under seasoned but I particularly liked the crispiness in the way that it was fried. It also came with a sauce that was a little bit bland but we still ate it all. I ordered the killer salmon sushi roll and my wife ordered the ninja roll sushi. It was a great combination because of the contrast in textures, one of them was a little more crispy from the tempura while the killer salmon roll was really soft and just melted in your mouth. It was a pretty good deal because we use a Groupon which saved us about 30% or so. The presentation of the food was exquisite and you can tell that the sushi chef has a lot of experience. Overall I can definitely recommend this place if you want a good sushi experience. It is very highly likely that I will be coming back.

Amazing experience! This place deserves 10+ stars. I am so happy we found this sushi place. Service, food, location is definitely great! The entire staff is wonderful because they make you feel welcomed. They’re caring, and very attentive. The staff is very knowledgeable and remain true to the culture. We feel like family whenever we visit. They make sure you’re enjoying the food. The food is fresh! Great variety. The sensei making the sushi is amazing! He knows and he is very creative! Our daughter loves this sushi place. She loves the oranges she gets from the sensei 🙂 We now have a sushi place to go to and enjoy ourselves. This place is delicious! I must try the red fish next time we go. The red fish takes approximately 20 minutes to be ready because they steam it so plan ahead! The owners were extremely gracious to make me part of their table and they shared their meal and I am very grateful for making me part of it! You must try that red fish!!! Absolutely beyond delicious! Thank you very very much Hana Sushi for taking care of us when we are hungry! Everything is beyond tasty and fresh

Been here a couple times this time was not good. We were a table of 6 and only 4 other people were at the restaurant. Took over an hour and a half to get 3 peoples food on the table by that time we had to ask for the last 3 orders to go. Those were all the same teriyaki chicken. We left and get to the office to find we got 3 orders of a little Rice and 2 only 2 chicken wings. Fried plain chicken wings. so we asked them if they could deliver the 3 orders correctly to us. They corrected 1 order and brought 1 order to us. All in all the service was highly disappointing and they didn’t even fix it. It’s principle you sell something, I paid for what I ordered and I expect to get it and I expect it gets corrected if wrong. I hope when I come back in today I have no issues getting a refund for those 3 people. For their time waisted, money spent on what they didn’t ask for. And I pray that this doesn’t happen to others.

The sushi here is amazing and the service is super friendly! I think I’ve found my new favorite sushi spot. My husband and I popped in for lunch one day because we had a Groupon for this place. Let me tell you, their menu is fantastic. They have so many options and a good variety of rolls without crab (which is great if you have a shellfish intolerance like me). The tuna is my favorite, and they have so many choices. You’ve got to try the Sunrise Roll – it’s absolutely stunning and the presentation is fancy! I can’t wait to come back and do all-you-can-eat next time 🙂

Groupon got us in the door but we’ll be going back without the discount. The service was gracious and friendly, even helping to reassure me that my food allergy would be avoided by bringing out the package for the baby herbs. Nothing fancy about this restaurant in a strip mall but the sushi is super fresh and tasty. A wide selection of specialty rolls to choose from, including some tempting baked rolls. We tried the Japanese lasagna and it’s a keeper. Let’s give this new restaurant some traction!

First off, I would like to say our server Krystal was fine and I don’t believe any of this was her fault as far as the service side goes. She was very polite and friendly. However, the restriction on how much nigiri can be bought PER person for AYCE is ridiculous and a first time for me. A single person can only buy one order at a time for nigiri per type of fish.

This is one of a very few places in Las Vegas with truly fresh fish, I try to go here after a trip to Calico Canyon or Red Rocks. The sushi chefs like to talk to the customers which is fun. Service is pretty good though sometimes at the end when you need the check the waitresses aren’t paying attention. Atmosphere is very upbeat and positive, whites and reds. One of my three go-to places.
