My husband and I love this place!! I’m a chicken katsu girl and my husband is a sushi guy and we always leave satisfied. Everything we have ever ordered from here has always been fresh and the service is awesome. We have been bringing our 7 month old here for the past 4 months and they have always been so accommodating and friendly towards her, no matter how fussy she gets. This is our go to place. If you’re looking for a good sushi place in the Temecula area, give Hana a try!

I was served by Nicole today and received terrible service. She didn’t want to provide the table with refills and gave us a hard time when we asked for spicy mayo and sriracha. Almost as if she wanted to say there was already spicy mayo and sriracha on the sushi roll. She never came to check on us and ask how the food was and when she dropped off the bill.. Nicole never came back. Do better Nicole. I am typically very generous with tips however I won’t tip someone who treats myself and my guest like we are bugging them.

irritated my child wasn’t accommodated with a booster seat when one was offered… Waiter asked for drinks choices as soon as I sat down without being able to look at menu. I ask for a few moments not 15 minutes. Food is always great here I’m just deeply disappointed with the service.

This place is a hidden jewel. Nice dining area…clean, quiet, well decorated. Food and service were really good also. Went here only because we tried going to another Japanese restaurant first and it was chaotic and loud. That’s when we decided to try Hana. So glad we did. I will be returning.

it took these people a hour to make my moms sushi as they forgot abt it in the oven twice. we waited for a hour while peoole got their ordere and they kept insisting 5 more minutes, and the food was terrible. dont come here go to another place
