This is about convenience, just remember that. I ordered fish tacos blackened, comes with 2ea tacos and tortilla chips, it was okay, one taco had a fair amount of fish, second taco had about the size of a fried mozzarella stick amount of fish. There was hardly any filling in the tacos. Presentation was terrible, chips weren’t that fresh. If you’re hungry don’t order this. Too much $$ for what you get, but then you’re paying for convenience right?

After ma meeting in the LAX area, we decided to have lunch at Hanger 18 Bar + Kitchen, the cafe located inside the Marriott hotel at LAX, and had a mixed experience. The fish taco was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The bacon burger, on the other hand, was truly fantastic – juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. However, I found the fish and chips to be rather mediocre. The fish lacked the desired crispiness, and the overall taste fell short of expectations.

The Bacon Burger with crisp bacon, the only way I like it served, was perfectly smoky, with the right amount of added crunch and topped with tomato, onion and lettuce garnish.

I had the turkey but w/onion rings. Very tasty and everything was fresh. My daughter had the cheese burger with fries, she really enjoyed it. We also had the bruchetta with the cheese, very good. Again all fesh ingredients. Highly recommend. Waitress was really nice and attentive.

Nice bar for sports, quick bite and a beer. Attentive staff. Friendly customers. If you are at LAX and you need to eat, go upstairs to the red sign and look for the Marriott shuttle. You’ll be glad you did even if you aren’t staying here. There are plenty more places to eat inside the Marriott as well.

I’m staying in the Marriott, and I was looking and looking and looking for a place to have dinner. And after many indecisive thoughts, I decided to have dinner at hangar 18 one of the restaurants in the Marriott. I am staying in. What an excellent choice I made. The food service in the atmosphere were incredible. Lori is the wonderful woman that took care of me and had excellent menu recommendations.Thank YOU LOTI! I could not be more satisfied with my choice for the evening.

I had to stay overnight near LAX and didn’t feel like going out of the hotel to eat so I tried Hanger 18. The food was pretty average nothing knocked my socks off. The service was okay, if not slow at times.
