I really liked the taste of their food, place is super convenient as you can order things by yourself and make the payments there as well. Fair warning: I asked for a medium, and it was hot… there were 2 other spicy levels above that, I love spicy food but it was too hot for me, I can’t see myself ordering the other levels. Definitely will go back and definitely recommend others to try it out

Ordered a Sando Jr. w/extra pickles. The chicken was fresh and juicy; the breading could have been a bit crisper but overall a good sandwich. Spice was just right. The waffle fries were yummy, too.

Honestly, I was very disappointed. I purchased an order of 6 Wings (Combo-No Heat) and Chicken and Waffles. My wings were pathetic and small, seriously, and they were not cheap ($12.95). The only reason I have given one star is because of the tenders which were good in comparison to its competitors. My totals was $28.50 for 2 items. My advice, save your money there are cheaper places.

1st time at Hangry Joe’s and I have to say the food was just okay. I ordered the combo #1 Sandro sandwich and Korean nuggets. The waffle fries were the star of my meal but the portions could’ve been bigger. It’s just like Chick-fil-A waffle fries but better with seasoning and crispier. The Korean nuggets did not have enough sauce and they didn’t have enough batter on them to make them crispy and crunchy. I was not a fan of the boring white rice that came with the Korean nuggets. I would’ve prefer an option of waffle fries or rice. The chicken sandwich also didn’t have that delicious crispy crunch I was looking for and the coleslaw was meh. There wasn’t enough seasoning in the coleslaw. In my opinion, the coleslaw needed additional seasoning such as pepper, celery seed, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. The addition of carrots and red cabbage to the coleslaw would’ve given it the extra color and crunch. Overall it was an decent experience. I may given them another chance in the future if they make some positive tweaks to their menu.

Food is nice and seasoned, love this place, but fair warning Medium is hot as hell, don’t be fooled GET MILD TO START. The house sauce is really good too! There is a wait time for online orders versus customers who walk in, so fair warning, but overall this is top 5 best chicken sandwhiches out there!

Hands down for the best spicy fried chicken in the Town! I am an avid spicy food lover and this is the best spicy fried chicken i have tasted in a long time. Both Manassas and Fairfax locations are great. I ordered their combo 4 which includes three chicken tender ( Fairfax location serves 4, but in smaller size), fries and drinks. I always choose the “hot” as a spicy level and it was quite manageable yet tasty. The crunch is just about right! I keep coming back to this place, it is that addicting!
