Had a wonderful experience on a Wed night. No wait at 6:30. Server was attentive and friendly. Ordered beef rib eye, bison rib eye. 2 wedge salads and a kid’s grilled cheese. Food came out quickly and was delicious! Both rib eyes were seasoned perfectly and cooked a beautiful medium rare. Only bad thing was that we were too full to have dessert. We noticed several tables ordered the bread pudding and it looked amazing. If you are visiting West Yellowstone, I highly recommend this place!

Stopped after a long day at the park. Wasn’t expecting the great meal we got. Looked like your typical bar and grille but don’t let that fool you. Ordered shrimp scampi and trout with a house salad and French onion soup. Everything was excellent and prepared well. Would defiantly recommend this place.

This was our first time at this place, and got two elk burgers, one with mushrooms, one with cheese. Tasty but a little overcooked, unfortunately. Fries could’ve been hotter and a little better seasoned. Very good service though and the atmosphere was great, and will like to be back to try other things. Looks like nice outdoor seating also.

Great place to unwind and have a drink or a meal. The patio was welcoming with a cool breeze. Service was a tad slow but the food was fantastic. Shrimp were extremely hot for me but that’s my low heat tolerance. Wish we had found this place yesterday

Stopped here while in West Yellowstone. We enjoyed our visit here for dinner. We had the New York Strip and the Bison steak. The steak were great. The fries and mashed potatoes were yummy as well.

This meal was way better than it should have been on an off-season Tuesday night. They have a great selection of beer on tap, spirits, and wine. Double neat Bulleit Bourbon pours were a great start. Caesar salad was fresh and crispy. The Bison steak with onions and mushrooms was as good as any steak I’ve had this year. Perfectly medium rare with a nice sear. How they found good tender asparagus spears at this time of year I don’t know. The loaded baked potato was hot as hell, as it should be, and I ate every bite including the skin. Topped off an already perfect meal with the Bread Pudding which was not only expertly made but a portion enough for two. This is by far the best West Yellowstone has to offer right now.

This place is a breath of fresh air compared to Wild West Pizza. Food was immaculate. Service from our waitress Tessa was outstanding (give her a raise, she was awesome!) Restaurant atmosphere was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Great music. Do yourself a favor, skip the other places, come here. Best food we’ve had in Yellowstone so far! Overall experience was DOPE af!

We tried Hanks Chop Shop for dinner, and the food was amazing!! Pictured below is the spicy elk sausage pasta dish that was great! Other people in our party got steaks and they were also so satisfied with the food. We will definitely be back whenever we are visiting West Yellowstone and will recommend to others!

What a great place! Hanks can hold a small to large group easily as you can see in the pics, pool table, bar, apparel and a good time with great food. Our hostess/server was Terrin and what a joy she was, quick, friendly, professional and down right great. Our group had Salmon (amazing taste) Trout (delish) and I had the Spicy Elk Sausage with pasta (what a delight). There was a small issue that we asked Terrin about and she didn’t hesitate to resolve it in a quick and timely manner. Terrin checked on us often, something you don’t find often anymore and treated us like she owned the place (maybe she does, our bad for not asking). The food here is amazing and I’m definitely coming back for a great steak because Terrin said that had the best around. It’s fun, roomy, friendly and a damn good place for what your hungry for!
