Order was wrong again. I asked for them not to knock or disturb and to leave the order on my front porch. Delivery person calls, knocks and opens my screen door. Delivery driver did the same thing on the previous order. When it says NO CONTACT, that means NO CONTACT! I asked for no carrots and extra Mongolian sauce. I have carrots hardly any sauce on my Mongolian beef. Can we say DRY? I will not be ordering from them anymore. Oh, my soda was just as warm as the food. When I called to complain about the above, she tells me, oh we don’t keep the soda cold. I don’t want it as hot as coffee either. Save your time and go somewhere else where they care. Once they debit your account, they have you. I’m so mad, I don’t even want the food now.

One of, if not THE, best Chinese takeout restaurants in Columbus. Had honey chicken, teriyaki chicken, and pepper beef. My wife ordered the pepper beef minus green peppers and they took out all of the peppers! We have been ordering from them for offer 4 years and they’ve not come up short on any of our orders!

I waited almost 30 min without being greeted. The food was cold and salty. The place smelled like coackroach, everything disorganized, it look like a restaurant warehouse and the cook person was not even presentable plus expensive.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered two items honey garlic chicken and shrimp lomein they both taste AWEFUL the lomein tasted like water and the honey garlic taste just like they added sugar to the chicken and that’s it. I called the restaurant and told the lady that we cannot eat the food because it does not taste good and we would really like to get some thing else or get a refund.

They overcharged for the low quality of food. My order was wrong and they wouldn’t give me my money back or fix the order. I will never eat there again. The broccoli and beef tasted like hand sanitizer. And I asked for the broccoli to be well done and it was barely cooked. I do not recommend.

I order the spare ribs NEVER AGAIN. THEN I ASK FOR A SWEET THE GAVE A LARGE HOT TEA. THE SPARE RIBS FOR SOME REASON FELT LIKE FUR OR SOMETHING WAS ON IT I COULDN’T FINISH EATING IT. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME. I also order triple Mongolian it wasn’t to bad I did taste but I didn’t want it after the space rib felt like it had fur on it .

Food is good but the last two times each & my family went hair was found in my food. I thought I was tripping the first time until it happened again. 1st time I ordered fried wings , the 2nd sesame chicken…since they have this thick plastic in the front of the store you can’t really see who’s making the food but I can see they’re not wearing hair nets. Lost a valuable customer
