A fantastic old school diner, I loved the memorabilia that was everywhere! The diner is very clean and welcoming, with very friendly staff. Amazinggg good and ice cream right at the counter. One of the few places left that makes malts as well!

My sister recommended this cute little diner in downtown Mineral Wells. 50s vibe decor and diner style good. I had BLT and swiped an onion ring from my daughter-in-law! LOL! Then went right next door to the At Dry Creek Farm and Bakery for a homemade dessert. But that’s in a different review.

We were looking for a local place to eat since we were staying the night in Mineral Wells, and came across this cute little diner! All of it screams Happy Days! So nostalgic! This place had delicious Steak fingers and perfect onion rings. The service was great and very friendly. You can tell the locals love this little gem! We are actually going back just to eat here!

This place was amazing. Food was awesome and portions are huge. The lady that served us was extremely nice, friendly and funny. Such an awesome vibe and a must try in a small town when passing through. We were so hungry, we forgot to take pics of the food, especially my double burger that I couldn’t finish. Revoke my man card already! Lol we did snap some pics of the decor though 😉

Take a step back in time to an adorable old school diner! Simple, yummy, and well priced scramble egg plate and French toast.

They have the best omelette I have had in this area. It was overloaded with with he veggies of choice. The hash browns were cooked amazingly. The decorations are the best part about this place. Its a little pricey which is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Second time in a row they have messed my order up, this time I made them re make it. They remake it which takes another 15 mins and then they gave me the same fries from the first order they messed up. Would have been fine if you would have set them under a warmer but you just left them at the front counter and then served them to me again and now they aren’t even remotely warm. Lol sorry for the rant but jeez

Was so happy to take my son out to eat on the 4th of July and try something new to us. The service was okay, we did get our drinks and food in a timely manner. My 5 year old had the grilled cheese sandwich with curly fries and apple juice and I had the taco salad. His sandwich was burnt in one side and barely cooked on the other side. My taco salad had good flavor; but the meat to lettuce ratio was completely off. I had way more lettuce than I did meat. When I asked about extra meat so I could finish my food; I was told there was a $3 charge for more meat. I was already charged an extra $3 for cheese and sour cream. Which any other place you get a taco salad; those are things that actually come with the salad at NO extra charge. After I asked about the extra meat; our waitress never came back to our table. She had only checked on us one time during the whole time we were there. Probably close to an hour we were there. I had to ask another young lady for a to go cup and asked the young man who sat us about the meat because our waitress never came back. I am very disappointed in the food and the service after this place was highly recommended to me by a friend and local from here. This will be the only time that I will visit this restaurant. The price of the food for what we got was outrageous. I paid $30 for a half burnt half uncooked sandwich and a taco shell that was too sweet that I couldn’t even eat and a shell full of more lettuce than meat. And I’m still hungry on top of everything. My son wanted ice cream too; but with the service and prices; we opted out of the ice cream. For a shake, it was almost $9 and $4 for a jr cone or cup. Just way to overpriced for the quality of food that was served. No one offered to make it right as I left the entire shell half full of lettuce. And the young man who brought our drinks and sat us, rang me up and he just kinda dropped the change in my hand instead of handing it to me. They were nice at first but apparently turned rude after a complaint. Not very good customer service. And I have been in customer service industry for over 25 years and that is not how you should treat a paying customer. Especially if you expect a tip. But the place had a nice diner feel to it. But everything else was sadly a disappointment.
