Went in for drinks. I drink beer but the draft was ice cold…which great…the wife had margaritas..she had a new one.. a Kiwi Margarita…she love it…probably her new favorite…anyway…service was good…as well as atmosphere. No complaints.

CommonScents Cooking With Essential Oils
Food was your typical Mexican food very good! But what wrecked my food was when the waitress was spraying the table next to us and many times she sprayed and it all went in the air and on our food, really disgusting! I don’t know why she thought she had to spray that many times and far away from the table so it flew up in the air into our food! And I’m not sure what kind of spray you guys use but you need to do something more natural it was so powerful and strong and not a very healthy smell at all!

What a great place! We’ve been here a few times now. Their chicken quesadillas are delicious! Good size portions and reasonable prices too. Drinks are reasonably priced here too. It’s in close proximity to other restaurants too, but the value here can’t be beat. Did I mention they make a delicious margarita too?

Wanted a lite lunch with nice outside seating atmosphere and found The Happy Donkey. What a nice surprise! We had the Nacho Libre with tamales. Very delicious and well priced. Very nice service from our waitress Gael! Will definitely become a staple in our Mason City visits!! Loved it!!!! Thanks guys

Looking for a different place to have a lunch with Mom. Happened upon this place. Nice and clean, staff are friendly and efficient, food is AWESOME. Traditional Mexican, not spicy, just lots of good flavor. Margaritas are Fabulous. The server brought us each a free strawberry tequila shot….they make their own. The nachos platter was almost too large for 2 of us to eat!! I will be returning here frequently.
