Even as far back as when I was a baby, my family loved this restaurant! My father made friends there. His favorite Chinese foods are mine too – the spare rib tips, fried chicken, and rice! For years that has been my signature dish from Happy Fortune. My grandmother gave spare rib tips a try and enjoys them too! So does my mom.

Went there last night for the first time. Disappointing on several fronts. It isn’t really dine in as advertised. It’s a carry out with a couple of tables; no table service. Food was just ok. Beef w/ broccoli tasted ok but was especially oily. Chicken w/ cashews had few cashews – – mostly vegetables. Service was the worst. No plates – not even paper. No forks even when you ask. We had to use 2 forks to try to shred big pieces of chicken. Napkins provided only when you ask. And no fortune cookies either. Counter lady seemed annoyed with us rather than happy to help new customers.

I didn’t get the food the way I wanted it, they promise 1 thing , but the give what they want to you also the woman promised me she would credit me back $10.00 back into my account then they said she did not say that when she did say it, i threw the food away, will not be going back. Also I got sick from it, there was a half inch of grease in it.
