I’m a regular paying customer. I spent a fortune 50.00 on old disgusting food. I think I caught food poisoning the fried rice had a bad smell to it. My son threw up. This is old food they warmed up from hours ago. When I call to complain they totally denied it. I would never buy from them again. Don’t buy food from them. I usually order from here and it’s good but not this time. I ordered about 3 days ago and the delivery driver was checking me out like literally, very creepy delivery driver. And then I went there to get an order and after taking a few bites I started feeling sick, I noticed my food tasted kind of weird then when I smelled it, it smelled old. I had chicken fried rice and orange chicken. Don’t get me wrong their food is good and was good for a while but these days it just tastes old. And the people there are very disrespectful when you’re ordering for a delivery. They’ll yell at u on the phone if they can’t hear or understand you. One place that I would suggest is Thai Eatery up by the mall. Food is excellent!

The building is a little run down. That restaurant has been in that location forever. And the register is outdated. It’s easier on everybody if you do the math before ordering. They’ve miscalculated my total twice now. I never make a fuss about it but it’s worrying and stressful for our society nowadays.

The food is fine and reasonably priced but every time I order they don’t put any utensils in with my order. I even asked at the counter last time and still didn’t get any, so it feels like they deliberately leave utensils out. How am I supposed to eat shrimp fried rice on my lunch break with no silverware or chopsticks, I CANT, so im leavingthis review instead of eating! Anyways, try the Philly Cheesesteak egg roll its my favorite appetizer and you dont need any utensils to eat it.

Rangoon’s were ok. Service was horrible. Called in the Rangoon’s. There was no background noise on either end I almost hung up thinking they weren’t there: they were what’s your order again asked me 4 times. When I paid my total was $6.31 I gave them $10.31 they threw $3 and a ton of change that went flying all over the floor because the didn’t make any attempt to put it in my hand. I said that wasn’t correct. My change should be $4 they said they didn’t want my change just the bills I said give me my money you can keep the food

Waited a little over an hour for my food, had two orders to the same address and one didn’t come until 40 minutes after the first one. Woman on the phone in the back heard saying “he’s almost there just hang up on her.” “I don’t know why they have to call 5 times” when I called 2 times , 30 minutes apart after being told my food was already otw !! Rude and terrible customer service. Do not recommend and will not be returning.
