HORRIBLE!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered while my husband was having surgery online. To be delivered to the hospital. One hour and 20 minutes later after I called the food shows up. Missing 4 things I ordered. And have me the wrong food. I call and the guy who answers the phone tells me all the food was in the bag and I was a liar. He goes on to tell me I ordered wrong and it was my fault, when I have the order confirmation in my email. Long story short I spent $50 for nothing.

This is one of many restaurants in Vineland like this, but I have never had a bad meal or a late delivery from them. They are so professional and polite on the phone. They took the time to make sure their menu was fully uploaded to GrubHub so one can enjoy the same selections as if you were to just phone your order in. DEFINITELY my favorite!! Well, guess we are finding a new Chinese place? Charged us $2.00 extra for every item. When questioned, they claim there is no new menu, but updated prices are online. They are NOT. Food took nearly an hour, and everything was too dry, and well done. Oh, well. ✌️

This place has great veggie choices! Even though it’s not on the menu, they made me tofu fried rice-so good! The veggie egg rolls were amazing too! Great customer service and fast delivery. 10/10 would order from here again.

DISGUSTING. So, this is the second time I have ordered general toso and it was not right. It did not taste fresh and had a spoiled smell. When I called about the issue I was given to the manager. She insisted that they made my food fresh and did not offer me a refund or an opportunity to make it right. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN.

My Personal Experienace w/ this place was a few years ago: The food at this place was always so very good. I am addicted to chinese food. I work in vineland and every other day we would order from this place. One day i ordered my usual, picked it up, came back to work and started eating away……came across a few dead roaches in my food. I called them and told them and took the food we ordered back. They did ask me if i wanted something new but when i declined they gave me a refund. I called the health department and i did follow up, they did get a penalty from have flies but since all the roaches were dead they couldn’t do anything about it. Eat at your own risk, you may be eating extra protein. Needless to say i haven’t been back since.
