We’ve always had a good experience. I don’t send my sister in and I’m a dude so I guess he won’t hit on me lol. We use that app and it works every time. They are usually super friendly. We love the owner he is loud and jokes around. People are a bit touchy!!

The owner, Mark, is a hot head that needs an attitude check. He cussed me out because my family got sick from their food. They hung up on me after speaking to him. Place needs to be shut down for a full health inspection. Guess what, it is on the way! Don’t go there. Find something else to else. It’s your health, you take the risk!

Did a take out chicken cheese steak. Guy at the counter was friendly. As others have mentioned it’s dated inside but was clean. The food was made to order but overpriced. Roll was not toasted so started to get soggy when I got home a few min later. My real gripe is they advertise the sub as 14” and it clearly was not when I got the box and then decided to measure. It’s rare to see 14” subs anymore. I understand it’s meant to be a “deal” with fries/drink but I didn’t need that much food… but if you are going to charge $11 for a sub (then more for toppings) then be on point or you are going to be called out and lose a customer. Change your menu to reflect the product you are selling or you risk being reported. I won’t give a 1 star because it wasn’t unpleasant overall, just disappointing.

Last night me and my boyfriend decided to order from happy house through the slice app. We ordered $45 worth of food from happy house in Deale. We waited 2 and half hours for our food. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even edible the mozzarella sticks were frozen, the spaghetti was over cooked mush, my popcorn chicken was a cut up chicken tender that was cold and dry, and our fried pickles was bowl of plain pickles. I called to complain and get it straightened out but the lady told me all she could give is a credit for two things and said if I want a refund call slice, therefore we called slice which then said if we brought back the food we’d get a refund. So we did in fact drive up there to get our money back and when I walked through happy house doors I was greeted with a crazy older lady screaming and cussing at me and getting in my face. I then got angry myself and yelled back she threw trash about and said no refund and that she brings us orders all the time and that we never tip which we in fact never order from them but once in a blue moon. Then proceeded to tell me not to order from them anymore which we weren’t EVER planning on it AGAIN!!! The other lady then told me she’d give me a refund and that she needed my card I gave it to her and she then charged me again and said call slice for an actual refund. Also took our food to the back instead of throwing it away. I will NEVER order from them again!!! They literally committed theft and gave me the worst service I’ve ever had. Terrible experience. Food poisoning! Got cussed out by Mark the owner. Stay away from this place. Been a patron of this establishment for over 20+ years and now it’s filled with druggies, terrible management and food poisoning! STAY AWAY!

I order a medium pizza and a side of fries and it cost 34 Dollars the food is not even top quality and there’s a 10 dollar delivery charge and the prices don’t match anything online there’s a happy house in edgewater like 20 min away from that one that has way better food and the prices are way better place has really gone down hill

Wonderful old-fashioned South place where I can get my steak sub and my mom’s can get just anbasic old-fashioned hamburger…i told them I am allergic to cheese and cannit have any on the steak sub and they made sure to clean the grill and the utensils to cook it up to make sure there was no cross-contamination of cheese on the grill or utensils!!! Wonderful, caring south county people, Thank You,!!
