First time I’ve ordered from this location in years. Just ordered one of the BBQ specials for 19.99. Pizza barely had any chicken and they were very skimpy on the cheese. Tasted like I was eating crust with BBQ sauce or like eating a cheap fozen pizza from the store. Very disappointed. Probably won’t go back.

I got the new pretzel pizza and I wasn’t impressed. Not up to Happy Joe’s standards. Theres no cheese on it, only a thin layer of cheese sauce. I called it in for pick up and was told 20 minutes, I got there in 20 minutes and still had to wait 10 more minutes and the pizza wasn’t even hot. Very disappointed this time.

Very disappointed. Ordered half taco half cheese over the phone and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I got a burnt pizza 52 minutes later that had taco meat on the cheese half. We have vegeterians in our family. When the kid finally brought my pizza out he didn’t even apologize for the wait. Not impressed.

Outstanding pizza — best pepperoni in the QCA. The quality is consistent and dependable — I’ve always had great pizza from all the HJ locations. Staff has been friendly and accurate through the pandemic, for which I’m grateful. Would love fountain drinks to be available as well, but I assume this is another casualty of these Difficult Times.

Very disappointed and you lost my business tonight….and I’m a regular customer. Online ordering refused to work…..kept getting message that it couldn’t connect to the restaurant and to try again later or call the restaurant. After trying several times, I called the restaurant and the employee answering the phone was not at all helpful. I understand that she has no control over the online ordering site but when I asked if I could get the online discount, she said no. Come on, I did everything I could to order online. So, I said forget it and ordered from another pizza place. You need to give your employees the ability to “make things right.” Also, very disappointed you know longer have regular chicken wings…..boneless don’t cut it.

So disappointed. I usually go to Milan, but they won’t deliver. The last two times I’ve ordered from this store it’s been bad. Last time one pizza was burnt and my taco pizza had no chips on it. Tonight, my supermax had no lettuce or tomato on it. Pizza this expensive shouldn’t have mistakes like this. The only reason you get a 2 star is because delivery guy was nice.
