I want to give a 5 star for the great great excellent service! Everyone we asked for help like get a new plate, more water, new chopsticks, everyone was super nice and helpful! The best service I have ever experienced in a hotpot restaurant.

i’ve been here many times in the past, this time i went with two of my friends. Service and food was amazing, our waitress checked up on us about every 15 minutes. When we walked through the door the owner already greeted us with a smile and even gave us free watermelon juice. We regularly got refills and the over all environment was amazing. Me and my group of friends walked in knowing most of the staff there including the owner since our family’s are close friends with them but the treatment we got was no different from other tables from what i noticed. I definitely recommend you stop by if you are in the area.

Honesty very great service and atmosphere just thought food would be better. The seafood didn’t taste as fresh as most places would. Chicken was decent but could be better. The vegetables were okay too but I feel like the seafood could have had more savory flavor. The broth was great.

I love hot pot. This is a good place to eat. The broth is salty, so you don’t need the sauce to dip. My husband and I felt full at the R1. Big portion. Although the staff seemed to be unfriendly, but they did help when I asked.

Tried this place with a friend who has a ton of allergies and out servers were super careful and accommodating of all allergies. They took it very seriously and assured us they wanted us all to be safe and happy. They also answered all my questions as a first-time hot pot taster, and it was delicious!!! I will definitely be back for more!

Checking out this hot pot place was a very cool experience, as I had never eaten at a restaurant like this before. It’s honestly confusing for first-timers like my father and me, and you don’t get much instruction, so if you’ve never been and forgot to do your research, best bet is to copy the tables around you. Service is a little bit slow, though I did not experience anything as bad as some of the other reviews of Happy Lamb.

First timer here. For a Saturday afternoon, we only waited about 15 minutes for a seat. When we were seated, we didn’t get an explanation about their menu so that was a bit confusing at first (lol they spelled broth wrong). The menu has R1, R2 & R3 next to each item so someone explained that it meant “Round 1”, “Round 2”, etc. The servings are very large, so we only had one round, it was very worth the price. We spent $75 for two people and had lots of leftovers. We didn’t pay for the sauce bar but kinda glad we didn’t, it wasn’t a large selection and it was pretty messy. The restaurant itself seemed pretty clean. I don’t know if they had the vent on above our table but the szechuan broth steam was blowing towards my face the entire time . We got the house bone broth and the 7 pepper broth (which cost an additional $9.99). The bone broth could use a little more flavor but it’ll do. We’ll come back! The fried buns were good as a quick dessert too!

Everything lacked inspiration and authenticity. But what really grossed me out was the quality of those awful chicken wings they served. Took one bite and lost my appetite. This isn’t the way to go if you want a high quality hot pot based meal

The hot pot was alright. We were served some very poor cuts of meat, bone slice right in with it. For being a world famous hot pot chain we were pretty disappointed actually. There were no interesting options. The all you can eat portions varied drastically. The sauces were pretty typical. We went here because in other countries this chain is incredible. Here it’s just overpriced low quality hot pot with mediocre service. There’s much better options close to this place.
