First time eating here, it was a win. I ordered the spicy chicken takeout, and it was fresh, hot, great portions, with a side of sauce and rice and steamed cabbage for only 13$. Gotta be the best deal in town. Place was clean and the employees nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I have eaten at Happy Teriyaki many times over the last 15 years. Mostly takeout, as I work nearby and they are convenient for a 30 min lunch. Service is always pleasant and accommodating. Their Fried Rice with tofu is one of my favorite orders. I upgrade to brown rice for the health benefits. I would very much like and request that they discontinue Styrofoam for takeout. This is an awful environmental choice for packaging and there are better options available. This makes a difference to me and I hope for other customers too.

This is the first time at this location but my family are avid customers for happy teriyaki. My family and I stopped in for a late lunch today and was NOT happy with the experience. We understand that things happen but I would give this place a negative star if I could in food and customer service. I got the bento box with sesame chicken and my husband got the chicken katsu and both were extremely dry and I could not eat the sesame chicken it was so hard. Not only that but the “salad” was just seasoned cabbage and carrot slices. I had to ask for dressing for my salad and even then mine and my husbands were slimy. I brought it up the the waitress and she went to the manager. After a minute they both came back and told me that I’m paying for it regardless. When I offered to pay for what was eaten (fried rice and egg rolls) the manager persisted to tell me we will pay for everything and they were not going to remake it and wouldn’t do ANYTHING to fix the situation. Over all 0/10 for customer service, 2/10 for the food (egg rolls were cooked correctly) and decor is a 5/10 cause even though it’s a bit cramped it’s very nice looking inside. Management do better. We would have been just fine you remaking it but instead you caught an attitude over your bad cooking.

I got the Cali bento and it was delicious and a great value. The tea they served was way better than other places I’ve had. The service was really friendly and the restaurant has a happy atmosphere. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Sometimes it can be a hit or miss, today we went for my daughter’s 13th bday. We didn’t tell them it was her bday, just came in with a group of 8. We ordered the two different family combos and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious, they were very nice, and prompt with refills on our beverages. And it was under$100 which is a big deal for a family with 5 kids.

Food is really dry… took a couple bites and had to put it down… also my girlfriend got chicken teriyaki and they gave her one sauce cup for all of her chicken and rice.. the chicken teriyaki was plain and gave us one small container of teriyaki sauce lol… better off going to a non chain like teriyaki spot
