I am usually okay with the place. The food is okay. However, yesterday I placed a take out order. When we got home to eat the food we found a staple on our meat! It also really messed my stomach up. When I called to let them know about it, all they said was “Okay”. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Ordered a chicken corn soup and it taste like they mixed corn syrup. Second time ordering from them to give another chance, but no luck, it just doesn’t taste good. Also customer service was kinda rude.

Found one of those little knat flies in my wonton soup… This might not be a huge deal for some people, but for me its a huge turn off to the establishment. I know that they cook a big batch of the soup and serve it out as people order it, but they should keep the lid closed so that no bugs or any other non-ingredients get into the soup. I called immediately after finding it to let them know they need to toss that batch out, but I don’t think thats what they had in mind. They did offer me a refund or a new soup, but I didn’t feel like driving all the way back for a $3 cup of soup and the guy who picked up the phone had a bit of an attitude despite me being really nice about what I found in my food. The other items I ordered were ok, but I had a weird feeling eating and couldn’t really enjoy it. Will I go back? Probably not. To be honest, Good Fortune Cafe has better food and I can attest to the cleanliness because I’ve been eating there for years.

I found a dead FULL GROWN roach in my fried rice! I called Happy Uncle to let them know that they need to clean up their kitchen. They didn’t even apologize or express any type of concern or surprise. I spent almost $50 in Chinese food. I am disgusted!! I will never go back!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother ordered the crispy beef and told me it was raw. She was sickened and I said I would handle it. So, I called and they said to come into the store. I thought this would be an easy refund process, considering the condition the $20 meal was. The male owner took the order from my hand and threw it in the trash and said “tell your mom to come in.” He proceeded to answer a call and made me stand there for 5 minutes. I asked **politely** to get a refund. I felt personally attacked by the things he said to me. For example- he said I was “cheap” and told me to “get out of the store.” I was so confused because It was the meanest thing I’ve experienced. DO NOT GO HERE. The management is extremely rude and the food is overpriced. This experience was terrible. Save yourself the trouble
