So Happy I didn’t read the reviews until after I ordered! The food was great for the price point. Yes, the place is very messy and smells a little weird, but the food was delicious. Much better than catering at BMO Harris Center.

Lo mein came with chow mein noodles. (They did make it spicy how I like it tho.) The crab Rangoon was mediocre..And the egg rolls were just okay.. The driver that delivered was super sweet. Personally would try somewhere else next time..

Ordered a lunch sized orange chicken and the portions were extremely small compared to other Happy Wok’s. The orange sauce tasted off but the rice and shrimp was good. Also ordered 2 sets of 3 spring rolls and received 2 egg rolls instead. Disappointed and won’t be ordering from them unless there’s a zombie apocalypse and they’re the only place that’s still open.

Very cold inside. They had just opened for the day and Tables needed to be cleaned. Service was fast. Soda options were cans with limited selection. No cola and I didn’t see any diet. I thought it was overpriced. I would not go back again. Needs a good cleaning and better presentation.

Service was normal………food was terrible. Ordered sweet and sour shrimp. Smallest pieces of shrimp I’ve ever seen. And I only got one piece of onion and one piece of green bell pepper. Went and had the same order at happy wok on n main St rockford……….fabulous. I got the big shrimp that you would see in the appetizer……and quite a few. They were not selfish with vegetables. DELICIOUS!!! If people are going to own franchises they should be of the same quality as others. I don’t recommend going to the one on elm st downtown rockford.

Very rude and unprofessional . They forgot to make my sweet and sour chicken sweet and sour.. I called and told them but at this point I’m already at home feeding my babies. I asked for a credit to pick up a new sweet and sour chicken and they told me That wasn’t possible but I can come pick up some sauce. Now I have to bring the food back there just for a refund. They said I could have a refund (as long as it isn’t touched or opened)
