Ordered a XXL cheese pizza and when it got to me it didn’t have any cheese and the crust was thin with Holes in it. When I called the store the manager was no help at all and told me that he wasn’t going to go back and fourth with me about the quality of the pizza . Look at the picture below

Call to tell them about my order. The girl who answer the phone was courteous. But the shrimp was greasy and soggy couldn’t eat them. All the she said was the cook said that they cook on certain temp. What does that have to do with food you cannot eat.?

I order from this place all the time and normally don’t have any issues- staff is friendly, food is good, etc. However my most recent order took about an hour to be delivered (which is fine) and I did not receive my entire order (bread was missing, one item.) I called the store and was offered a refund or for them to deliver the rest of the order. I chose to have the rest delivered and it took them another full hour to deliver the rest of the order which should not have been the case as it was one item and the store is close by. I also felt that I should have been told that it would take another hour to be delivered at the very least. As I’ve said earlier this location is usually great but the situation this past order should have been handled better.
