The first pic is my food with hair in the white Cajun fish then the second pic is the replacement order. Which they prefer to keep my money still the food was horrible. I am so Good on any Happy Pizza place for I was NOT HAPPY.. Personally, I think that hair nets need to be worn underneath ur baseball caps also require to wear a IF YOU COOKING OR PREPING FOOD IN FOOD INDUSTRIES Now the fish looks like chicken tenders yes it was dry. And they need to change their cooking grease.

In my opinion customer service is important and if you’re rude on the phone before I even place my order is a problem! I have gone to my share of happy pizza in the area all the way from Taylor. This is one of the worst customer service I have received! I rather drive 8miles out of the way then to place another order here! Done with this location!

Hello so I usually get order here a lot for my kids and myself on the weekends and so today I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza fries with bbq sauce and a two liter of Pepsi the total was 27.30 and I tipped. When it arrived the pizza was lukewarm and the fries were barely there! Usually they do an awesome job with the portion size and fresh hot pizza the pizza we received tonight was like a hot and ready pizza like it’s been sitting under a warmer I’m highly upset behind this

Majority of the drivers never read the comment me asking them to leave on porch and call so I don’t wake up anyone. I can tip $10 or $0 and I get the same service, you would think one would read the comment if they had time to check for a tip. Food is always amazing tho.

Placed order @10:05, called @11:20 to ask about my order and was told driver should be there any minute, which he was. But manager told me that my order was made fresh so it would be hot….lol. Ice cold pizza and cheese sticks. Gotta love it. This is the second time now from this location.

How delivery is kind of expected on a Friday night, but my food arrived and my French fries were completely covered in bbq sauce and inedible. Had to wait 45 minutes for replacements. Common sense would have averted this problem.
