This has got to be the Worst Happy’s Pizza in Detroit. First they couldn’t figure out my order. Fish dinner, wings, and mozzarella sticks. They first handed me a tiny bag missing half the order (The entire fish dinner). I had to open the bag and prove it to them. Then after they cooked the fish dinner and brought the box to the counter 4 people opened my box to look in it. One person opened it 3 times like what was in it would change. What was in it was burnt and not even hot. On top of that the staff were fighting and cursing at each other. I just left. I do not recommend.

I Ordered two large pizzas, a meat lovers and a supreme and two orders of wings, one Buffalo and one BBQ. I get home and eat a slice of pizza and it tasted like someone dumped salt all over the pizza. I try the wings they taste fine, I gave my boyfriend a slice of pizza and he spits it out and says it’s way to salty. Like abnormally salty. I spent like $45 on the food so I call them and tell them what was wrong and they say to come back and they’ll make me new pizzas. I go back up there with the old pizzas hand it to cashier and explained what the issue was was she said that it was ok and pizzas will be ready soon. I get my new pizzas go home and the pizza is salty as HELL AGAIN. I’m disappointed especially because I order from them a lot but I don’t have time or money to be going back up there over and over and to be throwing away food because they don’t want to make it correctly. It’s almost like they dumped a lot of salt in the sauce accidentally and didn’t want to throw it away so they just kept using it hoping customers won’t complain or come back up to the store. After the second time I’m not coming back I just won’t spend my money there again. Just disappointing because normally the food is great but I’m not going to keep coming back to the store especially when I’ve told them what was wrong. The cashier wasn’t rude she understood and the wings were good that’s why I gave it two stars instead of a one star.

I ordered pizza and wings on June 13 for two separate work site locations. Unfortunately, the pizza was so SALTY it was not fit to eat for over 40 people. The pizza was so SALTY that most people in the training class became angry and agitated because it was beyond belief because none of us had ever had OVERLY SALTY pizza. I spent over $150 at both locations. My previous experiences at different locations has not been this – literally this current sauce would run a person’s blood pressure sky high. Please have the cooks STOP adding SALT to the regular pizza sauce that normally has a little sweetness to it.

First timer to Happy s pizza. I ordered the Half Slab Rib dinner it was pretty good, I have had better but I’ve also had worst elsewhere. This location is takeout only and they also deliver. You are separated by 1 inch bulletproof glass so the food is given to you through a lazy Suzan. Restrooms are not available to public or customer use. Sodas are sold in 12 oz cans or 2 liter bottles only. Letting on their welcome neon sign inside are not working. The service was prompt, friendly and polite.

I will never do Bussiness at at this location again. Before the young lady hand me the Pizza,She opened the Box to looked to confirm it was my order. When I got home I realized the Pizza was not CUT. This level of incompetence is unacceptablespecially for a pizza establishment. I could understand and accept getting things wrong but not that. My pizza was not cut.
