I placed my order and I am sad that I did. The pizza came under cooked. GREASY so greasy it soaked through the cardbox, I mean it was literally dripping grease. I called and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what was wring and they offered a replacement as long as I returned the ones I received. No problem It was horrible and should have never left the store. This might I add was my first visit to this location and my last. UNDERCOOKED FOOD CAN KILL A PERSON!!!!! Look at the SLOP on the plates. Smh !!!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could give this place a zero star I would. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I went in on Tuesday to pick up my online order that I have a confirmation for and they said they never received it due to their system being down. They told me that they can have my order ready in 10-15 minutes since we already paid it’ll be no problem. I waited longer and when my food was ready they wouldn’t give me my food until I paid again. WORSE SERVICE EVER. This is just one of the many recent incidents I have had there and I have had enough.

So happy to finally have a Happy’s pizza in my area. I grew to love it when I worked in Mt Clemens area but.. that’s just too far to drive for a pizza. Add in they combined with a Savvy Sliders? BONUS! Had their food when I went to visit a friend in Roseville. Was delicious.. so glad to have this nearby as well. Excellent service and food thus far. Have gone at least 4 times so far since they opened. Have had their pizza, subs, catfish and now their Calzone. All excellent.

I called an order in and asked if I could use a coupon for 9.99 on a pound of wings 5 times they said it was fine. The coupon does NOT state a limit. When I got there they told me I couldn’t do that I said why not I did it at another location last week and they said it was fine. He gave it to me at that price after a little back and forth. Than he called me a few minutes later and told me that I can’t order from there anymore because of that. What type of customer service is that?

The worst pizza and bread I have ever purchased at a retail store. Pizza was greasy and the pepperoni was far too spicy. The cheese was like no cheese I have ever eaten.The crust was undercooked and wet. The bread was tasteless and had something sprinkled on it that I could not identify as Parmesan. And the Marinara sauce tasted like pure tomato paste with oil added to it. We got two pizzas and bread. Ate 4 slices of pizza and threw out the rest. 2 slices of bread and tossed the remainder.

If we could give 0 stars we would this wasn’t the first time we’ve eaten here but it will be the last I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR BEWARE FOR NAILS IN YOUR RIBTIPS! Upon reheating our ribtips today after ordering Last night for our family 3 of which are children 3,4 and 17 years old thankfully this didn’t make it to their dish, my fiance almost ate/swallowed what looks to be like 2 nails crossed like an X covered in bbq sauce on the meat. When my fiance called to rectify the issue he was asked if he wanted them remade and then proceeded to say “honestly its probably from when they do the dishes” umm i dont know about anyone else but i dont clean my ribtips or dishes with nails or metal wire that if swallowed would cut you up the whole way down not to mention what does cleaning dishes have to do with finding metal nail like things in our ribtips? Needless to say they seemed clueless and unsure of how to handle the problem they are lucky nobody swallowed them and that my fiance felt while beginning to chew and spit it out. and to answer the managers question heck no we do not want them remade we will not be ordering from any Happy’s location ever again and will be sure to make anyone we know and come in contact with how careless/clueless they are not only to rectify the problem but while preparing other peoples food. *we also have pictures of proof of these nail things if corporate or the owner would like to see* we will also be posting reviews else where to be sure people are at least aware to pay attention to their food since the business doesn’t while preparing.

Just spent $45 on a large one topping pizza, cheese bread and 1/2 pound of wings. This is by far the worst pizza and wings I’ve ever had. My pizza was delivered with half the pizza smashed into the top of the box. What toppings that remained on the pizza fell right off any time you touched the pizza. The wings were so soggy that you couldn’t eat them. I was going to call and complain, but it’s not worth it to have someone just argue with you. Wouldn’t recommend getting pizza from there.
