I ordered a boom boom sandwich and it was not like the first one I got the first one was great this one look like somebody barfed on it s I ordered chicken extra cook with extra sauce that didn’t, the fries were not done all the way. Normally I would have gave them a five-star, but not that night. I would’ve given a 5 star review but here’s why I didn’t. Sorry. I would’ve even given a 6 star but not at the moment. Feeling kinda anxious and nervous about going back there. Pizza was good from this location during my last visit but not even close to as good as every other time I ordered. I ordered a last minute pickup around 11pm because I didn’t have much to eat at home until Inwent shopping the next day. August 24th and I walked to pick it up because of how late it was. Normally I don’t mind walking several blocks for pizza but I have 2 knees that aren’t in great shape. Doc says the requirement of the replacement of my left knee is GUARANTEED in so many years down the road because apparently he thinks I have the arthritis of a 70 year old man in that knee. I’ve had 2 surgeries on it. I wasn’t bothered by the walk. What bothered me was that as soon as I walked through the the door somebody said loudly in an annoyed voice “We aren’t taking any more orders tonight” which is fine becase it’s close to closing time. Understandable because nobody wants to be there past closing time if they don’t have to. I had placed an order for pickup earlier if you recall. This employee seemed very irritated and he looked like he was trying to hide it but it was quite easy to see he waa trying not to blow his top. Never had anything less than a EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY experiences and MOUTH WATERING pizzas until that night. I’m hesitant to come back because I am a very anxious person and I my heart races from negativity like that nowdays and I have high blood pressure as it is. Not sure what to do going forward.

Pizza was trash and made incorrectly. Upon being delivered it had the correct receipt attached to a pizza that did not match. On top of that, it was not any good. On top of THAT, they refused a refund. Instead, they think offering another pizza is sufficient when I’ve already had their nasty pizza and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
