Pizza was fresh, delicious and piping hot. Customer service was on point. Would have given five stars but toppings were skimped on as you can see in pictures. There was like one olive on four of the slices of my pepperoni and olive pizza. Ham was lacking on the pepperoni and ham. Pizza was still damn good though.

Just ordered. First pizza was soggy, dripping in oil and completely soft. Called and complained to have it remade and this is what I was given. Truly disgusting and unprofessional. serving a pizza this way is totally unacceptable, when this is literally a reorder for your first careless attempt. Clearly entry level workers who have little experience in food service and quality control.

Brainless ordering. Workers have issues keeping up with menu changes and coupons. Everything moves at a grind for lack luster food results. Most likely get hurried food for prices not expected.

Ridiculous long wait 1 hour 45 and we live 15 min. from this store. One large pizza and wings. So completely not worth the wait. Always seems to be an issue. We will take our business some place else

They would get a 0 star if I could so here’s the 1st issue of many I ordered 4 mushrooms and my bf even heard me order 4 your cashier didn’t listen and wanted to argue over her mistake the second mistake was the driver didn’t care you could clearly tell she didn’t 3rd food was cold and like I said missing stuff the 1 order of mushrooms I got even though I ordered 4 was mooshie and the night manager who I talked to after I gor told there was no manager there came at me with a attitude saying well she only charged unfor one and you agreed to it cause she re read the order no dude she didn’t re read the order u didn’t even want to take the food back your company messed up on totally i domt want free food ill just take the money back come ger your food and it was a close to 105.00 dollar order like your douch canoe attitude and the cashiers incompetence both caused a high paying customer to say nope on comeing back like your cashier lied tried to tell me that there was no manager and there was he got on the phone so yeaaaa your a lier to cause there was a manager there so now I’m going to call corperate and have them listen to the call cause it is recorded and I will be following up and what happens to this incident I will NEVER recommend this sad exscuess for a pizza place

Ordered the 1/2 lb happys wings… there were 5 wings total. I find it difficult to believe that was 1/2 lb. To top that off, one of the “drum” pieces was cut in half (all of em looked like they were cut in half by how small they were) and there were bone shards from that half cut wing. Although they didn’t taste bad…basic wing taste from a pizza joint. Nothing special.

First time ordering pizza from happys since I’ve moved and it’s not to far. Will stick with my normal pizza spots. Food took about a hour and a half to arrive right before the restaurant closed. Grabbed plates and sat down to find one pizza scrunched up on the side of the box like dude was carrying it like a football and both were barely warm basically cold pizza. With the restaurant closed there was no one to call and complain to. No way to return the food and no way to request a refund until the following day. The person I spoke to the next day asked why I didn’t call and complain or return the food although the establishment was closed. Then I was told if I brought back 90% of the food I could get a refund. ( the same food I paid a delivery fee and tipped the driver for waited a hour and a half and received cold scrunched up pizza.) he then agreed to give me a refund. A few days later when the transaction settled I found out the refund was never issued. So now I have to issue a charge back with the bank. I’ve heard good things about them but my personal experience was enough that I’ll never order from them again. I worked for my 46$

First time ordering from this location (but long time Happy’s eaters in Southeast MI). The menu was a little different from what we are used to. Ordered online and the only ordering/delivery options were through delivery services. The boneless wings were chicken nuggets but really good. They were crispy and flavorful. Stuffed cheese bread and salad were also good. Salad was a little skimpy in size. I think picking up would have given us hotter food. Glad this location is now open.

Ordered delivery got a pound and a half of chicken tenders and only got 3 tenders when I called up there to figure out why, apparently they “weighted them” and the THREE tenders weight 1 1/2 pounds. Weighted them at home and they barley weighted a pound. Will NEVER order from this place again (per pic they said each of these tenders weight a half pound)

This Happy’s can be hit or miss but tonight everything was perfect! We got a large pizza with steak onion mushroom and pineapple and it was absolutely delicious, it could have been cooked just a little long but it still was so good. But that sweet red chili wings was phenomenal and bursting with flavor!! I’m obsessed!
