August 2023: While visiting the “Bula” (slang for Ashtabula, Ohio), the family wanted to get something to drink. We ordered a frozen matcha Latte with a peppermint shot and a frozen raspberry lemonade drink. Both were good and reasonably priced.

My favorite place to get coffee,chai and any other caffinated beverage! They have a rotating seasonal menu with some great variations. My favorite is the chai tea with apple and oatmilk, it taste like a Dutch apple pie!!

My wife and I stopped in for a quick coffee on our way out of town. A cute little coffee shop with a buzzing atmosphere. We both had the cold brew and enjoyed it. We also grabbed a couple bags of whole bean coffee to try at home. Service was quick and good considering how busy it was in there. An all around good experience!

I can’t speak more highly of harbor perk coffee. We came in during the sea glass festival on Saturday and they were ready for a massive influx of people. They were kind and polite and patient with us as we decided on what we wanted to order. The nitro coffee is incredible and they gave me the option to decrease the amount of peanut butter flavor so it wasn’t overpowering. My girlfriend had an iced mocha latte and said it was one of the best she ever had ever. The food looked great and was very appetizing. However, we weren’t hungry for pastries and sweets so we passed. Next time I’m there I will definitely order them.

We stopped in yesterday right b4 closing (2 mins in fact). We asked if we could order an iced coffee to go & staff was very pleasant. Did not rush us at all & took our order. They did not make us feel at all like we were ‘those customers’. I would’ve understood if they couldn’t wait on us so close to closing. Coffee was delicious & well flavored. We stop here every time we come to the harbor.
