The place is near the riverwalk and do have different entry ways. The place have good lighting and music on, you may probably request to sit down to a different floor/level if you want to just have a more less noise.

Was extremely loud. Long wait for a table. The chicken marsala was sold out and the pizza Flatbread was sold out. Their menu is small and over priced. Our waitress did not bring our food out at the same time so that was awkward and she didn’t refill our drinks till it was time to leave. So we had no drinks the intire time we ate. She gave me a to go cup at the end. The kids plate was cute, my meal was delicious but way smaller than I thought and it did not have scallops as advertised on the menu. Just because it’s in Riverwalk doesn’t make this place any better. I would not recommend eating here. Was such a let down.

Well, this has been the best dining experience in San Antonio by far. We decided to try a lunch experience since dinner was disappointing last night. We sat at the bar. The service was good. They have sweet tea. The beer was served in an ice frosted glass and was very cold, a big relief from the heat of the day.

The food was tasty and came out quite fast considering how busy it was. We went on a Saturday night and there was a 45 minute wait, but I believe they take reservations. I recommend you get reservations because it is extremely packed. Our server, Shanteil was very polite and friendly and always made sure to check up on our table despite it being extremely busy.

Our experience was excellent! We were running late due to traffic, called the restaurant and they were very accommodating. Once we arrived, everyone from the hosts to the servers were extremely courteous and friendly. Our server, I believe her name was Emily, was super sweet and attentive. Even one of the hostesses stopped by early in the meal to check on us.

Visiting Hard Rock Cafes in destinations when we travel is a staple for us, so even though we had dinner somewhere else, we had to swing by for drinks and desert. This location is designed around its outdoor seating which makes sense since it is on the beautiful river – but also odd since the focus on memorabilia is diminished. The biggest negative for us was the seating experience – basically trying to force us to eat outside, quoting what turned out to be wildly incorrect waiting time and just generally not being welcoming. Once we got inside we had a great server, some great desserts and we enjoyed ourself. As with most recently refurbished Hard Rock locations, the memorabilia is disappointingly limited but we still had a great time!

It is located in the bank of San Antonio River. This location gives it a great atmosphere to eat in front patio of the restaurant while you see all the activities in this super busy area. The restaurant has several memorabilia from different musicians. Selena fans may be interested in a suit she wore in one of her concerts. We ordered from a special deal we purchased from Groupon. which represented a big bang for our buck.

All hard rock cafes have a unique atmosphere yes there is usually a wait with a group but if you’re going in by yourself request to sit at the bar to avoid a wait the service is great as well as the food and yes the music is loud but it’s Hard Rock Cafe that’s to be expected with a great sectional in music thats also family friendly
