Service was mediocre. After placing my order, had to wait at least 15-29 minutes for food. Each of our 4 combos was messed up in some way. Food was edible, but definitely not hot. This used to be a great place to grab lunch/dinner, but sadly not anymore.

Im not sure what it is, from the delicious food to the impecable service, but this restaurant has my heart. I fell in love with the burgers a long time ago, but the recent change of fries blew me away. The peaches and cream pie was truly the cherry on top. Definetly recommend!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The mushroom & Swiss burger is my all-time favorite. They’re staff is really friendly and will even smile as my fiance tries to decide between 2 meals that he’s contemplating He’s very indecisive at times lol… the building is clean and well kept, even the bathrooms are pristine. I’ll always choose Hardee’s when grabbing something quick to eat while out running errands around town.

Manager and employee were extremely mean to my elderly parents. The manager told them that it was a privilege to be there and to have them serve them and not to come back. All they did was ask for another wrap because they got one and not two that they ordered. Not at all professional!

You can renovate a building but you cannot renovate employee attitude and morale like I saw this morning. I have initiated a chargeback for my incomplete order today that was placed on the app and “couldn’t be found” at the store. Even upon showing my charge, the woman at the counter really didn’t care to help me get my order. She very obviously wanted me (the issue) gone.

Everytime I go here, the food is either under cooked or over cooked and not fresh. If I want hot food I have to request they make it and then have to wait for it. The food they serve is not worth what they charge for it. I would prefer to go across the parking lot to the royal restaurant where I can get homemade food made fresh for a better price. The staff is always nicer then the ones at Hardee’s.
