Haven’t been to this place in about two (2) years. The restaurant was remodeled. The seating is nice, and the atmosphere was nice. Food was good. The portions were decent sizes and the food was prepared well. The service was also good. The cashier and the server were on the quiet side, but overall their customer service was good.

This is my go to fast food !!! I’ve never had a bad experience, always friendly staff, always very polite. Unlike the other fast food restaurants in the area. I have an idea, the other restaurants should send there employees to this location to be trained. I understand it’s fast food, but at this location you feel valued as a customer.

My partner used to work for Hardee’s, so we stop whenever we get the craving & have the xtra gas to drive to McSherrystown. Their menu has changed since our last visit, I was disappointed that they discontinued their onion rings. Our burger & roast beef were good & the staff were accommodating, but I was not a fan of their new crinkle cut fries which r sprinkled with a cheese powder. Next time I’ll get their curly fries instead.

Normally I would have rated this location way higher. 99% of the time, I have no complaints. But today, the drive thru girl could not understand our order. She had to re-do it like 3 times, and because of that, I didn’t get the correct fries.

We usually like this place. But tonight for some reason we ordered and chicken sandwich and a bacon sandwich. And both were raw. And for some reason, they turned off their light at 12:20 am and they are open till 1. We even asked. They are no place in York worth going to.

A friend I was with was hungry so we stopped into Hardee’s he had the fish sandwich with a coffee and I had the Number 1 Combo which is the Lone Star Burger, fries and a drink I switched out the soft drink in favor of a strawberry milkshake.

Haven’t been here in quite a while, but the food is just as good as I remember!! I got a chicken club and added onion witch was delicious!! Curly fries are always a favorite! The service was great, everyone was so friendly, the food was very fresh everything was hot and there wasn’t a long wait for the food at all!! Can’t wait to go back again!!
