Workers didn’t want to come to drive through window, after waiting for 5 minutes. When I pulled around to go inside , 2 workers were outside smoking, and the other 2 were just sitting at a table together. I Decided to go back through the drive thru and continued to wait 5 more minutes for someone to come to it while a line formed. The man on the intercom rushed my order and then 2 people man and woman spoke together on the intercom. When I got to the window the woman gave attitude, shoved the drink at me. Gave me a large lemonade with ice after I asked for no ice and then changed the cup size to medium when returned to me. Fries were unsalted. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. No other location is like this.

Their food is good, but their customer service is lousy. My grandmother recently fell in their parking lot. We wanted nothing but to prevent it from happening again. Yet their cooperate service has done nothing but question us. Hardee’s may have good food, but they NEED to redo their parking lot!!
