We passed several Hardee’s traveling from NY to VA. We decided to stop at this location on our way back to NY. We have never been to a Hardee’s so we were looking at the menu trying to decide on what we wanted to order. We had only been standing there for a couple of minutes when the cashier asked if we were ready to order. When my husband replied (very nicely) not yet, the cashier acted as though we were a total inconvenience. At the time, they were not busy and we were standing back so that if anyone were to come in, they could go in front of us while we were still deciding. Unfortunately, the cashier’s negative attitude totally turned us off and we ended up taking our business elsewhere.

I saw a Hardee’s and my eyes LIT UP!!! Oh the memories of my childhood. The delightful smell of a charbroiled burger and that gooey yellow cheese! I couldn’t wait!! Well ..I should have. The disappointment was just a present as was my previous excitement of being there. Absolutely no effort was put into making that burger. It was sloppy that razor thin patty was gray in hue. It was awful and I will never go back. Not in this life time. Over priced and terrible.

First time eating at Hardee’s in years because I don’t have any in my area.Great service,they had a bit of a lunch rush but order was correct and worth the wait.Angus burger with bacon was excellent and I be stopping by as much as I can in the future for other menu items.

I was thinking of giving this place a chance since I never see anyone in the drive-through, and I needed to use a gift card. Now I see why! You have a policy where you make sure that your fries are hot but not your hamburgers!! I was really hungry and very disappointing to see such a sloppily put together burger and the inside of my burger being ice cold. My husband also got a hamburger that was cold! Tried to call and complain and no one’s answers the phone. I won’t be back here.

The people do not smile. They frown act like you are an imposition. They don’t ask what sauce do you want w your chicken strips. Have to walk back inside and get their frowning attention to tell them. The other day ordered 3 kids meal – no prize inside. When a teenager went into to ask for sauce and the kids prize they were informed they were out. WHY didn’t they say that up front so we could ask do u want to go to chick fil a instead. Least way there you are greeted w a smile and a sense of you are important to them. Hello! It’s the customers who PAY your salary! SMILE ACT like the customer is important! Don’t drag your feet coming to the register w whatcha want?
