This Hardee’s is THE best fast food restaurant above and beyond in every facet. We visited here 2 months ago with our family of 6. They heard it was one of family members birthday and the whole crew sang happy birthday, twice. We returned 2 months later and they remembered us. That’s a level of customer service rarely found ANYWHERE these days. Bonus: the food is awesome and the sweet tea is TOP notch. It and the people make each visit extra sweet!!!

From the time we walked in the door, Nina made us feel welcome. Super polite when taking our order, brought it to us instead of waiting around, even had plenty of ketchup and Mayo on her tray!! The kitchen staff was quick and accurate, and more importantly, the fries were FRESH, not burnt or greasy, almost like they were baked. Didn’t expect service like this from a Hardee’s, but here we are!! I wish managers like Nina could train EVERYBODY with this kind of service!!

This has got to be the nicest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to, I’ve never even been to a Hardee’s before and I’m so impressed. Food was brought to us and we were checked up on throughout the meal like a like legit sit down place. We had a big complicated order for 6 people and they did awesome got it all right hot and fresh. The employees were just so nice and like so friendly I love this place it’s too bad I don’t live in the area lol

The people that work there really take pride in their job. They are always friendly and the place is extremely clean. One of my favorite fast food stops in Millsboro.

9 out of 10 times, they get my order completely wrong. Always check before you drive off. It’s not the best Hardee’s, but it’s nice to have one nearby when you have to have it. Complained once about the order and was given a $5 off coupon for a $25 incorrect order. Oh well.
