Staff was incredible, funny and friendly yesterday! I Love seeing staff go above and beyond! Especially at a fat food establishment. Because it shows their work ethic, and the care of the business for staff. The new A1 steak house burger is legit! The chicken tenders are always bomb. The monster burger, is legit one of my top five hang over assistance! And the breakfast is actually bomb.com all in itself. Hardee’s is one of my top two fast food places!

Not many people when I got there, so no waiting. Food arrived at my table nice and hot. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. For fast food you shouldn’t ask for more. The biscuits and gravy sure were tasty. Been there a couple of times since and the service is always prompt and friendly.

I just want to note that normally when I go to fast food restaurants at night the vegetables on the burgers are soggy but not Hardees though. The lettuce, tomato and pickle were fresh and crispy as though they had just taken them out of the refrigerator and cut them. The whole meal was good and the staff was friendly too.

Been here twice, should have learned my lesson on my first visit. My order was incorrect on both occasions and the staff left much to be desired. Even for a fast food establishment, this Hardee’s is horrible.

I don’t know how this place can get such bad reviews. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. Never had an employee with an attitude. In all my life I think I only once had a very small sliced portion big hot ham but I was full from it so whatever. I’d be willing to bet those 10 minute drive thru times are more like 4 to 5 minutes. Maybe I’m just not in a hurry or appreciate the work it takes to serve the public fresh food. Yall do fine. Let the haters eat at the south Wendys

I went to Hardee’s before for work,there was one guy working the counter and the drive thru he said he would be with me 10 minutes after I got there,he apologized after 20 minutes, I am trying to be patient trying to learn to be friendly, another employee came in I heard him say she was late,I didn’t see her wash her hands,now I starting to warm up, but didn’t she took my order I asked for a cup of ice she handed me a baby cup,I asked how much for a cup lol she said a dollar, I lost it and said I have waited 30 minutes for service and you want to charge me a dollar for a cup ,she yelled I don’t make the riles,she was right and I don’t have to take your rules give me my money back and keep the cup,I could see 50 a dollar no thank you Hardee’s.

I like hardee’s food better than a lot of fast food places but lately at this particular location the quality of food and service has gone downhill. We went and tried the new beyond meat burger which was really good taste wise but was put together sloppily and the woman who served us barely spoke to us. We never got a greeting or anything she just stood at the register, we ordered, then she plopped down the bag of food in front of us and literally grunted. We said thank you but she still said nothing. 3 or 4 years ago this place was great and well managed I’m not sure what happened. I do also have to add that pretty much across the board their prices have gotten way too high for the quality of food they serve.
