The cashier was rude. The employees were loud and our food was thrown in the bag. The tots weren’t even in the little bag they come in. She didn’t ask how we wanted our coffee. We will never go back to that one nor will we recommend it. It’s a shame because the breakfast sandwich was good, but never again!!!!

I ordered a 20 chicken tender combo meal with a milkshake and was given a 3 piece meal instead. I asked for a 20 piece and the cashier Latonya acknowledged through the intercom and repeated my order back to me. Once at the window she said “Your total is $6.92 and I gave you a 20% discount.” I thought that was a really big discount for what I ordered. Then when I repeated my order she played dumb and tried to charge me $34.00 on top of what I already paid. That’s ridiculous! Food is great but service needs to be amped up.

The young man assisting me at the drive thru was very polite and nice. He made a small mistake on my order which could have been easily resolved, but instead his mean and rude manager berated him in front of me and was certainly rude to me as well. Her tone of voice was down right mean. It would have been much easier to say “we apologize. Part of the order was not rung up”. But nope. She was MEAN.

We often have breakfast @ Hardees- different locations. Their sausage, egg, cheese on biscuit is great! They have excellent coffee and they give a sizable serving of” hash browns”…not the usual shreds.sometimes the servers are “not tuned in” to the line waiting to order.

I asked the morning manage what type of meat the fried steak sandwich got because i don’t eat pork and i would like to clarify and she goes i don’t got time for questions right now. Whatever she’s probably busy. So i wait and she finally comes back and says i don’t know what kind of meat it got and i don’t got time for your questions right now. She then proceeds to get into an argument with me. How does she manage a location and not know a simple question. Another lady told me shes always so rude. Im just trying to grab a quick bite and this lady came and ruined my day. She really deserves to get fired
