We were traveling through and decided to have an early lunch at this Hardee’s, during the week in July, 2023. There were not many people inside when we were there, although it got real busy before we finished and departed. I commented to our cashier how quiet it was inside. The women at the register told us how they had been slammed all morning and how it was nice to slow down just a bit for a break.

My visit was less than sub-par. I literally drove over an hour and a half to get Hardee’s. It took a while to get the food. The food temperature was barely warm by the time we got it. Every sandwich was messed up. Definitely not what I have come to expect from Hardee’s. Very disappointing. Included are items that were requested to be left off of 4 sandwiches and everyone was incorrect. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

Come on Hardee’s you guys have to do better than this ! This service was fast but the burgers were cold and the cheese was NOT hot….the chicken was cool but dam a two piece was 8.99 way over priced !! You guys have to get this right you’re not the only burger joint in town !

My boyfriend and I were traveling through. We went in the lobby there was only one couple waiting, the drive through had maybe three cars. We stood there as two workers stared at the cooks making other orders. Then after ten minutes said “we’ll be right with you.” But then proceeded to just stare waiting for food to be sent down the line. We just left, I’d get if it was really busy having to wait like that but that was ridiculous. Someone could’ve at least quick taken our order.

Drive thru service was horrible. They wouldn’t let us speak to give our order, then another person got on speaker and they still didn’t understand what it was we wanted, so a 3rd person came on and finally she got the order correct but then when it was brought to us 2 of the items were wrong after they read the order back and it was correct. Don’t waste your time or money. Only got 4 onion rings in an order.

I have bad experience, the sad part is happens twice, I ordered online with the family offer with all white meat and the first time add me mix, the second time I ordered the same and add me tenders, and I tell the person I ask for all white meat and the the person told me no have white meat, I tell her and charge me the same price for the white meat family of offer, after I tell her, another employee come and tell me you need to come more early and my answer to her is, right now is 7pm and the store close at 10pm, you suppose have everything at that time. I got the refund and after that no more Hardee’s for me. Really sad.

I hardly ever give a bad review. But the service was bad, my burger was so dry I didn’t eat it. But, I will say the place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I’m hoping it was just a bad day there when we stopped to eat. Best of luck!

Would leave a zero if I could. The real problem is the employees. They are much more interested in chatting with each other than greeting customers, taking orders, making fresh food, filling orders correctly, and cleaning the dining area. We had such hopes of another decent place to eat in our hometown of Mt. Jackson, but this place is an embarrassment.
