Price was expected, $4 for a breakfast sandwich and, not a complaint. When arrived I was unsure if open due to all lights out but there were 2 cars in drive thru. There was ONE staff member working by himself and he was friendly. My sandwich was horrible! Not exactly Hardee’s picture worthy. Extremely close to my job but not sure I will return with no staff to help make a proper sandwich.

We ate inside. Water was standing on a large area near the counter. No one bothered to mop it up. Cook was eating at a table and started cooking 5 minutes after our order was placed. Fries were made after burger made, which resulted in a lukewarm burger. The fries were great, but burger tasted terrible. No more Hardee’s for us.

It’s incredible Hardee’s is even in business but I guess I’m not surprised there’s never anyone eating here. Ordered a very EXPENSIVE double Western. Got a double bacon burger with mayo and nothing else. Terrible and not at all what a Western burger should be. I give up.

There were no other vehicles at drive up, waited 10 minutes with no response for someone to take order but never received any response. Then drove around to window and asked the girl if they were open as no one had responded. She said the car wasn’t detected. Told her that only needed to order a drink and she very rudely said to drive around and place the order at the intercom then she abruptly slammed the window shut. Been patronizing this business for 30 years but it does not deserve even a one star rating now!

I went by the drive thru and I repeated my order twice, when I get to the window my order was correct on the receipt but I didn’t get what I ordered. They charged me for for the items that I requested for but they didn’t put them on my sandwich. Third time from different locations. Very disappointing about food accuracy and lack of training.

Let’s jump too it. I ordered a double burger and when I got home and had single burger. I didn’t want to drive back to restaurant and decided to overlook the “mistake.” Fries were cold as if sitting for a while. My first bite in the burger, I discovered ahard burger patty as if sitting fo a while. Just terrible. I won’t be back.

I’m sorry to have to change my review, because there are still a couple of good people working there. This used to be my regular fast food stop, but after I had a conversation with the new manager. They have lost my business, as well as the Hardies brand. The dismissive demeanor to my complaint about not being informed about them being out of buns and making a substitute on previous visit was infuriating. The good way to handle this is to apologize, but instead she said that she wasn’t told to do so, but to continue “business as usual.” No apology was attempted, by her. The reason why it’s not a 1 star is for the apology made by the man that gave me my food. She should be, at least trained better, if not fired. I will speak poorly about the brand from now on. Clearly this company has no respect for there customers, and i can’t wait for them to be out of business.

Absolutely rude in the drive through. I asked for a scrambled egg for my toddler, and the lady repeatedly cut me off saying they don’t have a scrambled egg. I couldn’t get a full sentence out without being interrupted. I told them I’d go somewhere else and left. 4/29 at 9:40. Someone should teach that girl some manners.
