It’s like once they got my order. I wasn’t even there. I got a 8 piece meal. The chicken was dry and some of the chicken was hard as a rock. The mashed potatoes was watery. Green beans were fine. They didn’t even give me my receipt. This is the second time I had a bad experience with this this week

Poor poor poor the Hardee’s on Bainbridge in Chesapeake va. I absolutely can NOT stand this location. They never have anything in the evening and nobody wants to work. At 7:30pm no chicken no chicken tenders no nothing. How are chicken tenders a 20 min wait with no one in the store or drive thru, but the works and the manager (Candice) leaning on the counter with her back out. Apparently they stop cooking cooking chicken at 7pm. I asked “CeCe” the cashier why they didn’t have anything and she appeared confused and didn’t know why smh. Every single time I go to this location in the evening it’s the same thing! Oh and I asked for corporate number and they gave me a fake number lol as if you can’t look it up online.

Hardees on Bainbridge, chesapeake: order # 471295: Apparently, the superstar double is not actually a double. The last two times I’ve ordered one, there was only a single patty. And on that last order listed above, I waited a long while at the window to receive the food. Yet the food was cold fifteen minutes later at home. Lastly, there was a burger instead of the chicken sandwich I’d asked for. The receipt itself accurately reflects what I ordered, but that’s NOT what I got! And finally, the cashier needs to brighten up. She definitely is not happy being there.

If ordering from the drive thru the order has been consistently wrong, also this locations buns seem to be old and not very fresh. I’m always hopeful but always disappointed. Its such a shame considering this location is closest to my home. I need to be desperate and starving to get food here. I’ve always had something wrong with the food.

Won’t be going here ever again, customer service was horrible. If you don’t like your job, find another one. Cashier should be fired for how I was treated. Left without ordering nothing! Went to the battlefield location and ordered instead. Much nicer.

Never again will I be going to this hardees. Normally I go to the one on Battlefield blvd. which is amazing, but the bainbridge location was closer for the moment. Biscuit is raw and gravy has spilt everywhere. These people just throw your food in a bag and throw it on the counter. Completely unprofessional. From the looks on all of the employees faces, they dont want to be there. If thats the case, find another job so that people ordering from this hardees can order from people willing to serve.
