I was the only car in the drive thru at the the time and was told to pull up. I’m thinking I’m getting hot fresh food, instead some of my food was cold and soggy. I ordered two chilli dogs, two Frisco burgers and two fries. The chilli dogs and fries were okay, however, the burgers were cold with soggy tomatoes and buns. It really through my taste off for burgers or Hardee’s for a good while. The employees were friendly and served us politely, the food was a little nasty. This is fast food so I’m not expecting the best but at least have the food hot and not soggy. Don’t know if I will go back to this location.

It seems like every time I go to this Hardee’s something is wrong with my order. I ordered 3 chicken tender meals with fries and 3 sweet teas. What I actually received was 3 Un-sweet teas, cold fries, and the chicken tenders looked like nuggets. The only thing they are good at is the breakfast in my option. The employees need to be trained more on customer service as well.

Hardee’s fried chicken doesn’t taste the same since before COVID-19…perhaps it’s all these youth working and not caring about food quality or maybe it’s just me and I really don’t care for fastfood anymore. But, I was satisfied because I was hungry and I got filled up. Yet, I wouldn’t go back to get it nor recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere wasn’t pleasant and maybe the person at the window had a rough day. Maybe I just choose the wrong day to stop… Anyway, I hope it gets better for those who care for the chicken and everything else that Hardee’s offers

Always have to wit for my puvkup order. Whole purposecfor ordering ahead is to avoid the wait. Usually very good. The breakfast biscuits are usually ery fresh but yesterday my ham buscuits were burnt and hard to bite into. Horrid breakfast…had to throw the whole order away!

This was in no way loaded. Might have had 3 pieces of meat in the whole omelet. Sad at best. Seems to be like this at most hardees too. Definitely do not recommend this sandwich at this restaurant as long as they serve it like this. I know it won’t look like the picture but come on….it’s not even close.
