Yesterday I went to Hardee’s and I went through the drive through and the woman thinks there only one person in the car. No there 2 in the car me & my mom. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burger and she told us it going to be 10mins wait and it took 25mins and it was a long wait even 3 people were waiting for their food too. But after the food was delivered I look at it even the bread was green and it looks bad to eat it, even my mom doesn’t see it well and it not good to eat an old burger with green bread and the cheese burger didn’t taste well even I shouldn’t eat it. But I’m mom only took small bites even she didn’t want to eat it at all!!!

False advertising, they have a billboard that says 2$ for 4 Chicken Biscuits and I stopped there to get my 4 Biscuits for $2 and they were telling me that the offer is $4 for 2 chicken Biscuits. I took a picture to the sign when to the counter and showed it to them and they still didn’t gave me what was offered.

Worst customer! Ordered steak biscuit bogo$1 plus $1 tea. A simple transaction turned out to be ridiculous. Cashier rung order wrong, all the manager had to do was cancel the order. Re ring purchase. I paid with card. She told me she couldnt cancel order because I sip the sip. All I did was put a straw in the cup. No apology for accusing me. She was very dramatic. When speaking to her, throwing head back rolling eyes awful demeanor. No patience. She need training how to dress customer complaints. The cashier had messed up the previous order before me. I haven’t visited that Hardee’s in awhile, but hesitate before returning.
