I admit that I have purchased Hardees breakfast multiple times from this Norfok Virginia Hampton boulevard location since around the March 2023 timeframe with my most breakfast time visit. to this Norfolk Virginia Hampton boulevard being yesterday morning (Wednesday June 27 2023)through ordering in the Hardees dining room. I ordered the Hardee’s Super Bacon biscuit with fried egg small hashbrowns and soda. The employee handling my order actually made me feel very welcome and I received my order in a quicker timeframe than I expected, I say this in a pleasant surprise type of way because I had ordered (approximately around the 720am to 730am timeframe give andor take a few minutes) which is one of the busiest times to order breakfast time wise for this location near the major Norfolk Virginia navy base (NOB).

The worst Hardee’s I’ve been too. The lady in the drive thru gave me the wrong online order and then told me I ordered a sprite when I ordered a cherry coke with proof through the app. Refused to give me the cherry coke mind you. The Biscuit is hard as a brick and the sausage idk what’s going on with that. Refused to give me grape jelly so I had to park my car and go inside to ask for jelly. Which they acted like I was a problem then too. Smh. I’ll never be back to this location. Customer service sucks!

Went thru drive thru waiting with no asking for order only when I drove off. I would boycott this reasturant and let it get the same fate of Burger King, their hiring people who just want a paycheck and do no work. I believe this management need do a little better finding help because the ones they have their paying them for no work. I now take my business to Little Creek at least they take orders. Stop hiring people who is weighing you down and get workers who want to make money. I know they have some people who would love to work just not the crew you have right now. You need to clean your house up and take out the trash. Listen to your reviews and you might be in the same fate as Burger King on Hampton become the next Starbucks. Dont order from here, they take your order, but you set on your car waiting at the window with no service. This place is gone big joke that needs to shut down.

4.5 ☆ From the start I was greeted by a friendly person and not a prerecorded message. My order was taken and repeated back to me accurately and I was dispatched to the window. At the window Candace greeted me with a smile and a appropriate greeting. She repeated the cost of my order, my CC was taken swiped and returned to me with a receipt. Candace then excused herself to get my order. Within a minute she returned with my burger and fries. Candace smiled and smiled, said enjoyed your meal and encouraged me to complete their survey. My large fries were hot and tasty and my Super Star was customized as requested. I have to say that Hardee’s has the most consistently flavorful burgers of all. I don’t normally complete the surveys for fast food but today’s experience was well worth my time to complete the requested survey.

Regardless the number of people in the drive thru, I wait at the window JUST to be told to pull up and they will bring your order…defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru, then 3-4 other cars came through after me and didn’t have to wait THEN I got my 2 breakfast sandwiches that SHOULD have been HOT…was warm!! I was never really a fan. I used to dig the breakfast like biscuits n gravy. That was always good. Their breakfast is good. I’ve had the burgers and didn’t quite like them. And then they kinda grew on me. They can’t do fries to save their lives, but even places who do good fries will screw them up for you. I think the burger that’ll give you the most flavor is the monster burger. 2 patties and some bacon. Oh yeah! Sold!

This location is always slow. No matter what time of day or night. The food may not be made fresh so I always ask for made to order. The chicken tenders are always dry and cold if you don’t ask for fresh. On this visit I got a big chicken filet sandwich. It was good.
