The parking lot was clean and there was plenty of parking. There were cars in the drive-thru but I went inside to order. I ordered a number 10 medium. This is the first time that I’ve been to Hardee’s on Denbigh blvd since 2012 or any Hardee’s since then. The menu has changed. The food was good, nice and hot. Customer service was good and the inside of the building was very clean. I’ll go back again

Terrible. Ordered an all star burger combo and got a ham sandwich. Brought it back no hassle and waited about 6 minutes for the all star burger. When I went to eat it the cheese didn’t even melt with a 3 minute drive to my house and buns weren’t even toasted. So I waited for a replacement sandwich with a lukewarm, at best, beef patty that was sitting around for God knows how long. Never again will I eat here it’s a joke. Everyone was nice but if food prep is that terrible why bother?

Service is great, the food not so much….. four Fridays in a row I bought breakfast for my family at 6 am. You would think it would all be fresh considering they just opened. Instead nothing but OLD BISCUITS and extra old hash browns! The oil is old that’s clear and it’s so old it leaks through the paper to the bag! I would never feed my kids this disgusting food again! If it wasn’t for your employees being so nice I would have returned everything this morning!

I will never return. How is it that you serve green egg? Unfortunately for me, I only noticed after eating half the biscuit. Needless to say I got sick from it and my order was no longer in my stomach a little while later. Afterwards, I went back and asked for a refund for the entire order and they only did the combo, not the pie that I also had. I’m sorry, but if you serve me bad food, I throw up, and then I have to once again drive back to your place wasting my time and gas, you can refund me that final 2 dollars. But that 2 dollars is worth a customer apparently, so they get 1 star and lose a frequent customer.

Fries seem to be a consistent issue. Still, even when we don’t order fries, we have to park to the side EVERY TIME, even when there are no other customers. And for the love of God, don’t ask “Why?” Better to pass on by and try the next place.

We went in and there was no one at the counter to wait on us, there was no body visible in the kitchen area, and we heard no movement around outside of our vision. There was one couple sitting in the dining room eating, and two men that had already gotten their food apparently or standing over by that fountain area talking. Talking. But no one was available to wait on us, so we left.
