Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. Went in at about 8:40pm. There was no one else there. It took the person behind the counter about 5 minutes to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Another 8 minutes after that to just to take our order. We ordered a #2 (double cheeseburger) and a #6. After ordering, it took them another 5 minutes just to hand us our cups. We didn’t get our order until about 9:15pm, and my double cheeseburger only had one patty. I went up to bring it to their attention, and they said they didn’t have any more patties, but then changed their minds and deep fried one (I’m pretty sure that’s not how they’re usually made). It came out crunchy, lol. The vegetables were soggy and slimy. We won’t ever go to this Hardee’s location again.

It took 20 minutes to get a incorrect part of my order. Waited another 10 before I walked in and had to walk them through my order. The staff had rather poor attitudes. Overall I would not recommend coming here unless every other restaurant in existence disappeared but even then you might be better off eating dirt.

Absolutely will not being going back here. Drove 10 hours and came here for a good breakfast, well that’s a no. Lady taking our order was completely rude, didn’t give us all our food, and when asked for the rest of it she gave us attitude and accused us of not ordering it, when it was on the receipt. The floors had a puddle of water with no hazard signs or anything put up. The drinks that the lady served us was nasty, no flavor at all. She cussed at us and was yelling at the customer behind us for wanting to order something else after they didn’t give her all of her food to begin with. The food was absolutely nasty and had no flavor, the gravy was runny it was like water. Absolutely will not be coming back.
