Slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had in my life, ive been in the line for over 40 minutes, and in still two cars back from getting my food. In glad im on the clock, and everyone at work isn’t waiting on me, and their food to get back. Two stars cause the food from this location is always good. But after its all said, and done an hour to get some breakfast food through a drive-thru? That’s a little ridiculous!

The menu was limited. The restroom and dining room floors were extremely sticky. Decor was very outdated, but this is a small town and I’m sure business has been down for quite a while because of covid. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce, which I thought would have been better with mayo or no sauce after I tasted the sandwich. The small staff was very friendly and the food was prepared reasonably fast.

My order was taken by one person who then went on break. It took a while before anyone realized I was still just standing there waiting for my food. My sandwiches had been ready for some time. By the time I got my sandwich the meat was cold to room temperature. This is unusual for this restaurant. It is not my normal experience.

Pulled up and drove to drive in. All employees standing outside smoking weed. 1 lady yelled a racial slur stating. ” Nothing to see here white boy” . It’s 3/3/23 and was around 7:45pm so everyone on clock at that time was involved. Will be contacting corporate and possibly other agencies.

Arrived to pick up my Doordash order for my customer and I ended up picking leaving to pick up another customer’s McDonald’s order and by the time I got back, the order still wasn’t ready and I was informed by the manager that they had no chicken tenders. How the manager didn’t know that when they received the order is beyond me. They were very unorganized and chaotic and definitely lacked communication skills amongst themselves. I think it was a total of one hour before I received my order. Do not recommend.

Waited in the drive thru for a solid 15+ minutes in the morning and the time was 6:40. Then I ask if they are open no answer. Then the back door cracks open and I thought someone was going to come out to talk to me nope. As I pulled off someone walked out the back door and went to the dumpster empty handed. I ended up telling a customer on the road that they were closed don’t waste your time. Why say that y’all open @6 on the sign if you guys aren’t.
