It had been YEARS since I’d been to a Hardee’s. Our former local Hardee’s in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, stayed closed most of the time or just had the window open and then wouldn’t even come to the window. It was a sad situation. We moved to Chester Virginia last year but never really went out for breakfast. I had been wanting a gravy biscuit for a long time, so I went to another establishment that is right by our house. After no one attempted to wait on me (there were no customers in the restaurant) , the were just standing around talking. I attempted to get their attention, but no one said a word. I went to their restroom and was disgusted by the vision I saw. I walked out, rose my voice and told them what I thought of them. I drove down the rode a few miles, found Hardee’s, and walked into the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in fast food. I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked into the door. There were several employees working that also spoke. The lady told me to have a seat and she brought my biscuits and gravy to my table. We chit-chatted a moment and she went back to work. There was a large group of elderly people that appeared to be regulars meeting for breakfast. I can see why they chose this Hardee’s location because everyone was so friendly. This particular Hardee’s is just off I-95 near Route 1 in Chester Virginia. The entire place was meticulously clean. There was another sweet lady cleaning tables and sweeping. I wish I could give this place a ’10’ rating. ❤️

Had to get some breakfast for an early meeting at my job. They don’t open until 5am but needed to be back at work at 530am for the meeting with the breakfast. Called them at 4am to place the order for 10 people and they said they would be able to take care of it for me to pick up at 5am! Great customer care!

I went through the Hardies drive-through like I do every morning. I could tell that they were short staffed but the manager a black woman was being very mean to the girl in the drive-through working the window. The girl working the window has long red hair and is very nice every day. It was almost a bullying situation. She told her she was not working fast enough and that she was not coordinated at all and to get her act together. It made me feel uncomfortable. I can’t imagine being that girl and having to work with that lady all day. It makes for a very long shift.

This is disappointing to write but customer service and the quality of food at this restaurant has drastically declined for the worst. I have nothing positive to say about this visit, the cashier was rude, food was cold and skimpy and I received a cold stare as I drove off, when most professional businesses would conclude a customer’s visit with Have a great day or thanks for coming. This is what I got home to after purchasing a 3 piece combo. Ms. Mudra please do better when you have customers that come to your place of work, supporting your business. Worst experience

Asked for extra chili on hot dog and got extra onion. Cannot understand why this location cannot get orders correct. I have not been here is a year. My wife pulled a double and wanted a quick lunch. I warned her of the location but she said ” how can you mess up an order like this?” It was on her route home. Restaurants are wondering why they closing in record number. Poor quality of food and poor customer service. Management no longer cares about correcting mistakes.
