Ordered at the drive through. One car ahead. Waited over 20 minutes. Two cars behind us gave up and left allowing us to back out of line. Went inside to get order. One customer inside said he had been waiting a long time and hadn’t even ordered. There were 3 girls working up front but they were hanging out the drive through window talking to a boy in a car. Several workers milling around in back but there was no food out front waiting to be picked up. Disgusting!

Food was hot and fresh. The lady was so sweet. My son was crying and she came over started to talk to him and even gave him a cookie. Within a few secs he was quiet and I was able to place my order. She was amazing.

Ordered a hot dog was asked to pull into parking lot. It took almost 10 mins to get it. Bun was cool I asked what took so long said had to cook it .either deep frying or microwave shouldn’t have taken that long.

Terrible, they were in a rush and BOTH of our orders were wrong… my wife went back to the counter and they pretty much ignored her… I went up and told her nevermid. I paid and told her don’t worry about it.

Zero star experience. The restaurant was filthy. The restaurant had a very few customers in it, however, majority of the tables were dirty, soda spills and cup marks on the table, trash on the floor, dust all over the windows. The area where I sat had a several huge cobwebs that looked like it has been there for ages. There was also bugs around and in the webs. The trash can was overflowing. The lady who took our order forgot about us and waited for a while to get 1 chicken biscuit. And when I went to get it, they totally did not remember I placed an order. The food was not ready and had to wait again to have it prepared. There were just standing around talking. The sandwich also wasn’t good. I didn’t eat because it didn’t look appetizing. My boyfriend ate it and had indigestion. Hardee’s in general have some of most delicious burgers and sandwiches but this one didn’t do it justice.
