I’m so ashamed of the service and experience I had with this particular Hardee’s. As a former Hardee’s employer, I am ashamed of everyone involved actions. I love to give flowers but rarely do I complain about errors made. I have been accused of lying and yet to this day been contacted in regards to my refund I requested. I will be reporting this issue to the BBB. And I hate to say this but I wonder if my skin was a lighter would I have been treated differently. Who in their right mind would drag out an issue over $23? Over hotdogs? I shouldn’t as a costumer have to argue with an organization for them to right their wrong. The GM Janice, night manager “Ross”, should be ashamed for how they lied and treated me and even the corporate office has yet to resolve this and it’s 3weeks later. I hate being ugly to people but this is outrageous! Please avoid this place if you want to be treated fairly and like you matter. I always treat others how I want to be treated. Shame on you all!!

Driving through and ordered their chicken tenders meal. After getting a few miles down the road bit into 1 and quickly discovered it was not cooked! The older have been using must have been days old. It tasted nasty, ranson and burnt! Luckily for you guys, I was already a few miles down the road when I found this out or I would have been back and the scene would not have been pretty! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get sick and possibly die. What a huge letdown
