If there was zero stars it definitely would get it. The GM Brenda is rude and very unprofessional. Called in about a complaint and she hung up on me. She mistreats her employees in front of customers and openly admits she is a bully bc she was bullied in school. She definitely does not deserve the role given to her. I will never buy from Hardee’s again until they can find proper management that treats their employees and customers with respect that is deserved.

Pokemon Go
Came in today..people was already inside looking very unhappy. After ordering a simple biscuit with egg cheese and sausage and waiting 12 minutes I figured out why they was so unhappy. Employees have no sense of time and was moving extremely slow.

Terrible customer service. Waited way to long for a simple order. Owner needs to step in and watch how slowly employees move. If they don’t like there job. They can simply quit. Everywhere is hiring.
