We went through the drive thru, had the bacon platter (scrambled eggs, bacon, tater totes, biscuit and gravy) and a sweet tea. The line was about 10 cars and it took us about 5 minutes to get through, that was impressive.

First of all , the young lady behind the register was in a very bad mood!! Not only didn’t have a smile talked to customers like she hates them and her job. There was cleaning supplies like spray and a rag left on one of the tables. Half the tables were not cleaned even though they were not that busy. Burger was just Ok.

Sat in drivethru for 2 minutes no one greeted me at the speaker. A truck pulled up behind me and I got tired for waiting so I left and parked to go inside. Then by the time I get inside I see the truck that was behind me at the drive thru window. So he could get greeted and have his order taken right away but I couldn’t… ? This is literally the first time I have had an unpleasant experience here.

Let’s talk about a waste! Try the new Bacon beast..lol. Yeah regular bacon egg and cheese for 2.59 with a coupon. Rip off, biscuit was thin and dry as dirt at 7 AM. Had to take a drink each bite just to get it down. They could do better than this. And even ask was that it and the lady said yeah, what a joke. Egg was so dry and over cooked like plastic.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I hope the management sees this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The employees that work in the morning are so quick with service ALWAYS and they are extremely friendly. I have never had a messed up order and am always treated with respect! There are multiple Hardee’s in this area, but I choose this one everytime because I know I’ll get good service!
