I ordered a super sausage biscuit which is a DOUBLE sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, they gave me the wrong biscuit. Too late to come back because I’m traveling to Alexandria on 81. Don’t count on this location to get your order correct.

Was here 1 hour before closing, looks like only 1 person working, she obviously gave off a I hate my job approach. Had a little slight attitude, threw fridge cold burgers in our bag, no napkins. Very upsetting to see, coming from someone who used to work at a Hardee’s and loved working there.

Decent food typical of the chain. It was SO SLOW! The staff were friendly and it seemed like they had plenty of people working. It was a little busy; one person ahead of me in line and about six people waiting on their orders. My ticket time was over 15 minutes just for 1 biscuit. This is consistently one of the slowest “fast food” places in town at any time of day. I only ever go to use 1 or 2 of the best coupons on the sheet that comes in the mail every 3 months.

I purchased an online through the Hardee’s app it takes about 15 minutes to get to this Hardee’s from my house I had my order number pulled up when I went through drive-through they told me that it wasn’t on their screen sorry about your luck nothing we can do you have to activate your order there was nothing on the app to say activate it just said should be ready in about 5 minutes I even had the text if they had sent me this has happened before and other Hardee’s where the internet was slow in this area they were very rude and uncourteous my daughter lives not far from this Hardee’s has had similar issues with them I don’t think I will use this Hardee’s ever again I will continue to use the one in Radford the other two and Christiansburg I will also say that on other occasions using this Hardee’s that the food was so quality I don’t frequent this Hardee’s very often because of that I only use this one because it was on the way to my destination I think it would do them well to remember that is customers that keep them open.

This Hardies has been getting better. My guess is they are training a lot of new staff. Breakfast service has gotten faster, it had been really slow. Dinner service can be hit or miss. If you catch someone on the takeout the food is mostly hot and fresh tasting. You may sit at the drive up a long time waiting for service, if you can go inside. I’ve waited over 15 minutes before giving up. Inside is not always open. It is better than the other one in downtown Christiansburg on the same road. That one often has cold old food and always is slow to serve.

Sent a friend to pick up a dozen biscuits. I thought that was a simple task but they treated us as if we were a major inconvenience and scoffed and huffed at. 40 min wait wouldn’t have bothered us had they had any professionalism. Pretty disappointed. It’s worth driving to another breakfast place.

This location needs new ownership or management. It is consistently horrible. Orders are most always incorrect and wait times are ridiculous. The facility is nasty. The staff are “trying” but it is more than clear they are not getting trained properly. I observed the person up front handling the food with his bare hands after picking his ear, leaning on and wiping debris of a food crusted counter, wiping his brow, etc…I watched and if I saw my food being handled with filthy hands…yep, not eating it. There is never coffee in the “self-serve” area and long waits for it to be filled. I will just do my part and never go there again. Be warned.
