This place is so disgusting. I placed a special order because of my health. The fries were soggy (I ask for no salt). I went in ask for fresh fries after waiting a while. She literally took my bag said nothing and then sat my fresh food on the counter not letting me know. The black girl needs to be FIRED!! It’s a hospitality industry so smiles, gratitude are expected. Store number:2030 Alicia showed excellent customer service as we came in the store. After listening to our order valuable patience considering we are from out of town specifically north Carolina. And showed us high quality patience that will always make us stop at this Hardee’s upon coming to the state of Virginia. She has given the store a 5 star rating just because of her willingness and eagerness to giving the customers needs and wants upon arrival. We are not sure of her status at this location however it should be top ranking. Even if we had a taste for other food her customer service has made us crave whatever Hardee’s is serving. Thank you guys for this loving experience and we can’t wait to stop by again. And hopefully we can experience this same customer service in the morning hours as we leave the city Martinsville Va. Twice visited, morning service was excellent, she was pleasent in her greeting ask if we needed any Condaments,thanked us for visiting. Went back for lunch, different young lady @ that time, took my order, not pleasant, when I got to the window she simply took my card for payment, never ask if I wanted any sauce for my chicken Strips, not even ketchup from the fries. Not even a thank you. Zero personal skills! She sucked!

I first went into the restroom, absolutely disturbing. It was filthy and only an hour and a half after they opened so honestly I dont see how it could of been cleaned at closing the night before or opening that day. Then when I came out after looking at the entire restaurant I knew I would not be eating anything from there. The whole place was just nasty. I have never in my life seen a Hardee’s this grotesque. I ordered anyways because my husband insisted but I only ordered his food. I went to McDonald’s. This Hardee’s definitely needs some upper management attention.
