I just went through the drive thru at this Hardee’s 10 minutes ago, made it home to realize the chicken biscuit with egg and cheese I ordered had no chicken and some unknown nasty stuff on it…?? Outrageous that I should have to check my order before leaving the drive thru because you can’t trust it!!

Not sure what happened to Hardee’s. It used to be a great place to eat, however, nowadays the food is bland, smothered with too much mayo on some items (Frisco), and overly-salty. Frisco used to have great beef and bacon flavor. I want the 90’s-early 2000’s food back. Even the biscuits & gravy lack the sausage flavor it used to have, it is still there, if subtle, but far from where it was at their peak. Service is lacking severely. Not sure how they can forget all the drinks ordered with Combo meals, especially with 1 other customer, but…

This location is absolutely awful. There were no other customers dining in-just some drive thru. The restrooms were beyond disgusting. There was one employee working and running around. One was on a personal phone call- on loud speaker phone.

We went a few days ago to get my husband something for dinner from Hardee’s in Abingdon. It was a little late but per their website they were not due to close for another hour and a half. We pulled up to the window and nothing. We waited for someone to come on the mic and nothing. We waited a little longer still no one came on the mic, when we pulled around the building to leave we spotted the employees in the lobby or dining area playing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to the Hardee’s in Abingdon. They do not care about the customer or anything like that. We enjoy getting food from Hardee’s every now and then but that made it to where we will no longer eat from Hardee’s in Abingdon.

We were traveling and decided to stop here. Very poor service. The older lady whoever she is rudely placed a huge amount of ketchup packs on the counter when I asked for about 20 given they didn’t put any in the bags. Then when my mother in law asked for pickles she said ” what a day this has been !” Very rude !!!!! Sorry but we won’t be stopping here again.
